This company is in desperate need for change. Pricing is completely opaque — the representative literally wrote down the lenses options on a piece of paper. No clear presentation of what they include and how pricing varies depending on that. No way to track your in-store purchases on the website. Text notifications that do not tell you whether one or several items in your order are ready, and when you call to ask they also can’t see the information in the system. No clarity or estimates for when remaining items will be ready. This company needs a huge digital systems and customer service reform.

The staff is top notch! Helpful, informative, lots of humor and just plain nice. The eye doctor is friendly, asks lots of questions and doesn't rush you out the door, he is kind.

I had an excellent experience at LensCrafters recently and wanted to take a moment to recognize the outstanding service I received from Nate. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly, but what stood out was the level of patience and care shown during the entire process.
I can be a little indecisive when it comes to picking frames, and I had several questions about pricing and lenses. Nate never rushed me or made me feel like I was taking up too much time. He took the time to explain the differences between lens options, walked me through what would best suit me, and gave honest feedback when I asked for opinions on frames.
What impressed me most was that he remained friendly, attentive, and genuinely invested in helping me make the best choice, not just trying to sell me something. It is rare these days to find someone in retail who shows that.
The exam itself was also super efficient!

Subject: Issue with Poor Quality Glasses
Dear [Customer Service],
I am writing to express my disappointment with the poor quality of the glasses I purchased from your store. I have already been to your location twice to put up additional money for repairs and replacements. This will be my last time visiting LC, as I just purchased my frame on 8/31/25 and have already had to replace it twice. This is the reason for my poor review.
