This store lost the pants to a suit, which is basically like losing the whole suit. This was months after they had lost a dress and given me someone else’s dress that ended up having a hole in it.

Both the owner and the team seem like you owe them something. It’s like roles are reversed. They are predictably slow, inattentive, and borderline rude. Worse, they consistently destroy buttons on shirts. They oversteam/overpress to the point that your buttons will literally crumble into dust. Do not recommend. I took my business to Riggs Dry Cleaner (not far) and am very happy that I did.Service: Clothes pressing

I honestly never had a problem here. I have been a regular customer for years now, and I decided to write something because the owner was able to accommodate my circumstances for earlier drycleaning service due to an upcoming event, and he got all my clothes clean and ready to go just when he said it would be ready. Thank you! Also tailoring service here is pretty good too - highly recommended.

I place a hand sew garment I paid a lot of money for and it came back ruined. The woman working there has a very bad attitude. I will never go back there again.

Trust and Believe me about what I have say regarding this so called dry cleaning service. I have been coming here for years and will NOT be coming back. They are the absolute WORST when it comes to customer service. They lost my blouse (expensive) and was not remorseful about it. They only offered me $10 for their negligence. Also, they gave me another customer's top in another order and can't even begin to know who it belongs to. RUN...from this place and do not patronize them. They do not appreciate our business!

I needed couch cushion covers to be dry cleaned so that we could host a rehearsal dinner at my house. I went in Wednesday morning and asked if they could be ready by Friday evening and that it was for a very important event. The lady told me that yes, it would be ready no later than 5pm. She charged $171 for four small pillow covers and four larger cushion covers, which seems extremely exorbitant (the couch cost $1700). Friday afternoon I went by at 2pm to ask if the cushion covers were ready and was told no, they would be ready AT 5. Ok, so my mother in law comes back at 5:30 to pick them up and the lady doesn't have them and says she can't get them. An argument ensues and my mother in law demands a refund for me, and magically the lady makes a call and the couch covers appear. Based on the rudeness, the false promises made, and the general runaround they gave us, I would never do business here again. Never. The couch cushion covers didn't even get completely clean.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would! I recently came in to this location and dropped of a variety of items. I paid in advance for what rang up as 24 items (one of those items being a suit SET). I came to pick up my items and was told by the older female with the short haircut and glasses that she failed to charge me for an item because there were 25 pieces. She was ONLY counting the hangers, and not even looking at what she actually rang up. I politely tried to inform her three times that she is counting incorrectly if she counts by hangers because the suit set was on two separate hangers (i.e. the jacket and the skirt were separate) versus being on one hanger, which would have only come up to 24 hangers if she had counted it that way. She wasn't even listening to me at all, and when I tried to take my things out of the bag to show her the error she proceeded to GRAB MY WRIST and push it off the bag! I restrained myself and asked her "Why she was touching me?" and then told her "Not to put her hands on me." I paid her the $2.40 because at that point I knew that it would be in my best interest to give her the $2.40 she so desperately needed and NEVER return. I hope that the $2 was worth it to her because her actions definitely constitute a simple assault in D.C.

They press things at too high a temperature, they have ruined several dress shirts buy putting a shine on them from high heat as well as a pair of dress pants. it's too expensive to have clothes ruined by people that don't know how to press clothes.

Quick, affordable, and lovely people working there. I’ve brought two coats and two scarves there and have been happy every time.

My first time impression of the employees wasn't a good one. I greeted them when I entered. I was the only customer in line. There were two ladies behind the counter. One was at the sewing machine working on some clothes. I don't recall what the other was doing but she was busy. Too busy to greet me back. I thought she didn't hear me so I greeted again but louder. I know she was aware of my presence because she looked at me when I walked in. Instead, she proceeded to talking to the woman working at the sewing machine in their native language. I thought maybe she is just finishing up something and will be with me in a second. She didn't acknowledge me until she was done chatting with the other lady. I stood in front of the counter for two minutes until she decided to ask how can she help me. The whole time she turned walked back and forth, doing things that I guess couldn't wait for later, and laughing. If she was in the middle of something really important, she could've at least made eye contact with me and say "I will be with you in a second!". But nope. Not a word. As if I am invisible. I don't understand what they were saying in their language and didn't really care. It was the way they received me as a customer. As if I am not valued, as if I am begging them to take my money, as if I am the one who needs them and they don't need me or my money. When she finally decided to help me, she acted like everything was cool. Maybe she is used to treating her customers this way and they don't say anything about it, so she must think it's okay.

They ruined my sweater and tried to deny it. One of the owners even tried to pretend she was just just a cashier. No effort to make it right at all. Will never go back to them.
