This Lidl is usually pretty well stocked but today was a bit of an exception. I still caught some good deals on meats. Staff is friendly and helpful. Can't beat the prices on staples.

Plenty of parking and inexpensive compared to other local grocery stores. The staff does an excellent job, however they’re always short handed. They always work their tails off to bring someone up front to help with checkout if lines get too long, but they really need to have 2-4 registers permanently open during peak hours. It’s gone downhill continuously since opening, which could be remedied by having more staff to work registers, stock, and clean.

Experiences at
Lidl have been a bit of a roller coaster:
PRO:
Lots of well lit adjacent parking.
Clean, spacious stock aisles.
Speedy check out.
CON:
ALWAYS items with no price signage.
Confusing triple price structure (members vs a vi special sales price to all)--- vs regular price.
Interesting items in VERY DISORGANIZED clearance sale area...then doesn't take marked discount at checkout!
Many meat items (especially chicken) only available in "family packs".
WORST German cheesecake in the world!...even at 1/2 price, a waste of $ ( und ich bin Deutsch!)

Pros - The store is well-maintained and fully stocked every time I visit. There are always excellent and unique food options to choose from. Compared to other major grocery store chains, Lidl's has the best produce as they appear fresh and in great condition which helps with it lasting as long as possible. I'm always pleasantly surprised to see that my berries have lasted for more than a week. I absolutely love the non-food section that offers a variety of items such as plant stools, blankets, home decor, etc. Often times, I find myself in that area more than anything because they have everything that you didn't think you needed.
Cons - The store frequently lacks available shopping carts and there's typically only one cashier on duty. Recently, anti-theft locks were installed on the shopping cart wheels, but the range is so limited that the carts lock before reaching the parking lot, making it very inconvenient for customers. Unfortunately, I have yet to experience pleasant customer service. Cashiers seldom greet customers and often appear frustrated or lacking urgency, especially when lines are long, which is a common occurrence with only one register open. A simple smile and courteous attitude would go a long way in improving the shopping experience, especially for those who have been waiting patiently.

Standing in line for five minutes with one register open. A cashier opened another register and proceeded to take customers from the back of the only one line that was opened. So I politely asked if I suppose to be next he say ignore me and proceed to checkout the other customer. Will never 👎 go back

For the first year of operations this place was amazing. It seems like there is now very poor management. It’s common to see bare shelves, trash in the aisles. Carts are sparse. Long lines. A lot of shoplifting. It’s too bad because this could be a great resource for the community if someone could turn it around.

Poor customer service from managment. Specifically the lady with locks. The app says they have items in stock so i drove 30 mins for the item to be out of stock with no help from the manager.

I had maybe five essential items that I put on the belt. I put back 3 l(money was funny) the cashier said the ice cream too?! I said I couldn't afford it then he you can today. Not only did he pay he told me to go get $10 more in items. Once I thanked him he said no problem just pay it forward and to anyone who's reading this this is a prime example of how that works!!! I didn't get his name but he was an older Black man with glasses. May God bless him!!

I just can't get with this store. Too many off brand grocery products, waste of store space with the non grocery items, and I always end up going to two different grocery stores to meet my needs.

The customer service is so poor. The public bathrooms are out of service. The food is expired on many different occasions. I asked the manager, who was a female and she said you see the sign the bathroom is out of service. There were two bathrooms. One was marked out of order and one you needed a code to enter. It's not the fact that the bathroom was out of service, I mean things happen but she was so rude about it. I was going to spend my usual 200.00 but I didn't. I went to Safeway one mile away that had a public bathroom.
