I had a tremendous experience with Ligne Roset in DC, and in particular with our salesman, Anton Afonsky. We bought a FLOS chandelier, and when it arrived it had one socket that was broken (part of the box was caved in). Anton was delightfully helpful, understanding, courteous, and tenacious. They sent a replacement socket immediately, and even though we had already said that we would settle for that, Anton still managed to get a request for a replacement chandelier - that came in just a few days after the replacement part that we were happy with! In addition, in the showroom he was also knowledgeable, polite, and likeable. We are extremely happy that we managed to buy this iconic piece, in production since the early 1950's, specifcally at Ligne Roset and specifically from Anton. We will definitely go back to the store, and him, whenever we need something that they might have!

I started shopping at Ligne Roset in 2006—first in NYC, then in Boston, and since 2018, at the Wisconsin Ave Ligne Roset store in Washington D.C. Ligne Roset’s furniture quality and service are excellent. Recently, I purchased a desk chair caster-set and a replacement upholstery cover for my Vik dining chair, plus a set of replacement upholstery covers for my Anda armchair and ottoman. Ligne Roset DC’s delivery service team came to my home and fitted the caster set and upholstery cover to my Vik dining chair and within no time I had a wonderfully comfortable desk chair for my Alando desk. Then the delivery service team removed the Anda chairs old upholstery cover and replaced it with a new upholstery cover, and now I have a brand-new looking living room armchair and ottoman. I highly recommend the Washington, DC Ligne Roset!

I faced two choices: refurbish and recover two classic Ligne Roset sofas I’d had and loved for decades or buy new ones.I thoroughly researched the “new” option. Of all the high end sofa providers, Ligne Roset sofas and chairs were the clear winner for design, comfort, and production quality.Anton Afonsky, one of their designers, worked creatively and patiently with me. He carefully listened to or intuited my concerns—especially the lead times plaguing so many furniture manufacturers these days. He found smart ways around “negatives” such as this one.I ultimately decided to go the refurbish/recover route because of my age, but I have only the highest praise for Ligne Roset and Anton’s attentive service.

I have had an outstanding experience with Ligne Roset DC. The furnishings they sell are all of the highest quality and design, the customer service outstanding and BOTH of the store's owners, David and Joffrey, were available to help me make the best furnishings selections possible for my new home and to address any questions I had about the furnishings in which I was interested. I purchased a lot of furniture from this location over a one year period so there were many instances where something could have gone wrong and nothing did. Everything was perfection from beginning to end. In fact, Ligne Roset DC even helped me fix an issue with a piece of furniture I had purchased from a different store that did not turn out as I expected or had wanted. One cannot ask for more than the foregoing, that is, a store that not only makes it's customer happy about what they purchase from them, but also helps its customer with the mistakes made by other furnishing companies. Ligne Roset DC's furniture delivery company should also get a positive shout-out. They are equally first class.

Dear consumers shopping here is sure to be a trip. A ride in the loony snooty bin. Firstly you're greeted with someone sloppily saying the name so you have no idea where you're calling. The owner is spearheading a one man shitshow, and seemingly he thinks he's not a replaceable entity. If you want to be talked to as though they're paying you and in a condescending French accent still don't shop here. Contact me I can send you somewhere else CERTAIN better pricing and a higher level of customer service. AND IM VERY QUALIFIED. Top designer(s) 4 years in a row. To the owner I'll see you there 31st if February. Get a grip you're a speck on black ensemble worn by me and with that poof you're lent rolls and trashed. Good luck with your arrogant mentality and junky a** showroom

I live in Chicago but travel to D.C. often for work. The Ligne Roset D.C. had the table we wanted in their warehouse which saved us almost two months of waiting to have it shipped from France. Marilou was absolutely incredible to work with and went out of her way to find white glove delivery to our condo in downtown Chicago and negotiated with them on our behalf to get us a great deal on shipping. Chic, great service, and amazing products. 5 stars in my book.

I read recently you are closing your Wharf location. I visited it on Friday evening for the 3rd time. All three times the same sales person sat at his chair at the back and ignored me and said nothing. On Friday six other shoppers entered the store not once did he say anything to anyone and at no time did he move from his computer. I love your furniture but with customer service like this I cannot see how a store could survive.

If you are in the area well worth a look through the showroom to see what they have - I like the arrangements which helps me with ideas. The members always answer any questions I have and take the time to explain details, which are important to me so when I am looking for just the right piece I have the information.

We have been enthusiastic customers of Ligne Roset DC since 2012 when we bought a set of 12 formal "So" dining chairs and the iconic pumpkin chair. The store is locally owned by a warm and welcoming community-minded family. This translates to amazing customer service! Owner David Zein has an exquisite eye for design. He patiently helped me choose the right pieces and the perfect colors for my home without sales pressure. A couple of years later I stopped in and purchased the Ploum love seat - like sitting on a cloud! The first night I had it my dog chewed a hole in the seat! David had an upholsterer there the next day and you cannot tell anything happened! Last year we replaced our casual dining table and chairs at Ligne Roset. David swore the chair fabric would not stain, and he was right! I have two young kids - soy sauce, spaghetti sauce, you name it - it all comes right out of light gray fabric with a damp cloth! I have always admired Ligne Roset, and we get compliments on the style and comfort of our furniture all the time. Thank you to David and wife Dani for an excellent shopping experience. We are customers for life! BTW their newest store at the DC Wharf is stunning!
