It is 7:30p on Saturday 4/12. Someone needs to update these store hours. I just made a special trip to this location and the doors are locked and lights off. This location is supposed to be open until 8pm. I will be emailing corporate about this.

Don’t bother going the staff is never there. They couldn’t care less about the shop hours. Order online or enjoy seeing a sign that says they are on break.

Meyeah helped me today, and she was so knowledgeable and helpful! I tried the cleanser I got today, and my skin looks and feels so good. Highly recommend the service and the product.

I had a wonderful experience here this afternoon! The lady who helped me was so knowledgeable and answered all my questions while I was browsing and explained ingredients/reformulations that I had been wondering about. I've been a long-time fan of L'Occitane and occasionally drop into stores but this is the first time I had a really warm/homey person help me with everything I needed and I didn't feel rushed or pressured. I wish I could have bought a couple more things but I couldn't because I was on my way to catch a flight/TSA and my bags are full! But thank you again, I hope you are recognized for providing wonderful customer service!

The Loccitane in georgetown is literally the only location you should go to! l was greeted and helped by a very kind lady named Mary and she was so helpful and honest. l splurge on skincare and body care a lot and always love when the employees are helpful in the process.She was very knowledgeable and it was so refreshing to see that she also had amazing energy.

This was my first time visiting any L’Occitane location. I was trying to locate a shea butter-based soap bar that I had received in a gift set. I had long since thrown away the wrapper of the soap bar and didn’t have much to go off of. The associates were extremely patient and attentive as I worked with them to try to identify the right bar. I wassuccessful thanks to the absolutely top notch customer service from their Sunday crew!

Walked 20 minutes in the heat and humidity to pick up an item from this store, only to arrive to it closed at 3:30pm on a Friday with a sign in the window that they were taking a lunch break and wouldn't be back for at least 30 minutes.

The guy Will was really nice. He knows the products and he was really helpful. I was super surprised that i was treated like a queen and the experience was awesome. Me and my friends all spent over 70.... Next time we come we will be looking for him.
