A Rare Gem! First off, they are one of the ONLY insurers for Commercial Vehicles operating out of Washington DC. Which in itself is enough to bring people through their doors. But then Lockharts does a good job at keeping your business going! Whether it's a request for a Certificate, or a claim, they respond to you as promptly as possible. Art, Jeanette, and Alix are as friendly and approachable as can be!They Also provide bonding services as well. In the DC, MD, VA area, Contracting is a huge part of our economy. So having a company that's capable of handling different aspects of the landscape, while being able to maintain a professional relationship is golden! It also needs to be said that this company did not skip a beat during the pandemic. Which is another good sign that they are a good choice for your business since troubling times are when insurance companies are most needed!There's no need to keep second-guessing and looking at other reviews. You found the right choice! Go ahead and call!

I was looking for a full service insurance company and glad about selecting this company in addressing my insurance needs. I was impressed with Mr. Art Johnson’s knowledge and his assurance in providing quality service in helping me within our initial phone conversation. His professionalism and follow up was quite impressive, along with presenting me with a sufficient insurance plan that addressed all of my business and home owner’s needs. His organization skills and attention to detail was very noticeable, aswell as, explaining my combined insurance policy line by line for my understanding.
