I bought a shirt and wore it to work the next day. Within hours it became pilly around the draw area, and I had to conceal my shirt with a sweater until I could get to the store to ask for a refund which the manager declined. She said she could not take something back if it was worn. I explained that I had to hide it all day under my sweater because it’s defective and the material was pulling up. She stood her ground and I had to call customer service to have her do the refund. I had to go a half hour out of my way just to ask for the return and then had to take another another half hour, out of my day to argue with them. The worst customer service ever. I did not appreciate that the manager was passive aggressive and smiling, and would not assist me without an arguement. The shirt is unwearable and it’s an inferior quality material and she basically said there’s nothing she could do about it until I called customer service. The worst store with the worst service in Dupont Circle. Don’t shop there. Don’t waste your money. I would give this zero stars if I could

One of my favorite stores in the area. The staff are always super friendly and helpful. If they don't have a size available they will help you order it to be delivered either to the store or your home address. The store is always clean and organized making it very easy to browse

The clothes are really cute and feel good quality. My first time shopping at Loft & the staff were so welcoming and helpful. They will start a dressing room for you, get you different sizes & give you advice on styling. They also had a 30% off sale, it was great

Hey you guys!The Loft is a clean and well-organized store with attractive displays and a wide range of sales. While my fiancé was disappointed to find that the store didn't have the shoes she looking for, she acknowledged that the store had a good selection of apparel with a particular style that they personally didn’t interest her. However, we appreciated the helpfulness of the staff, particularly a friendly and knowledgeable salesperson who suggested a nearby shoe store that might have what they we were looking for. Overall, while the store may not have been a perfect fit for my fiancé, we would recommend it to anyone who likes the store's distinctive style and selection.

I don't think they are paying attention to what they are doing in this branch. To add, the manager from one of their branches had an attitude. She was not very professional.

Nick is a horrible GM I asked for district manager contact and he refused that he knew and I am filing a big complaint against him. He should not run this store. Horrible attitude. If a loft merchandise gets torn less than a year that is loft fault and they reimburse you fully and or give a gift card if merchandise is no longer available. That is what their policy is. This person is clueless and told me no. Horrible attitude I can tell he hates his job. The girls are all so so friendly!
