I have to share my shopping experience days ago. The shop assistant pretends to have a nice attitude at first. When it came time to pay and after paid, the attitude became very bad. Super Ofensive and Unrespectful. From beginning to end I even didn't get a sip of water. Never shop here!!!

I purchased a perfume along with some specific requests from their online store, and the pickup was incredibly easy. Unfortunately, my package was incomplete upon collection. It wasn't until I got into my car and opened the package that I realized some items were missing. I was able to return without issue and the lady who assisted me was very helpful. I thought there might be a problem or that I would have to deal with getting what was on the receipt, but no. She took the order back, checked the stock, came out with the missing items, and that was it.Good customer service despite the oversight, thanks to Michael’s quick response

The wool scarf I bought smelled very strong of perfume, which made me very uncomfortable.

Michelle was very welcoming and helpful! She made my exchange seamless. I did not have my mind made up before coming in and she offered to pull many styles for me to try on. She was able to order an out of stock online bag and have it sent to my house. I’m leaving a very happy customer!

The service at this location is terrible. Consultants walk around in a daze, without acknowledging you, to say you’re on a wait list until someone becomes available.And when you do get help, they are not tuned in to your shopping.Seems very impatient.

BAD AND UNWELCOMING EXPERIENCE during two different visits. The sales associates at this store tarnishes the LV brand name and image! Each time I’ve visited this store there was a lack of acknowledgment, there weren’t any welcoming smiles nor was there any genuine assistance.Their repair services are subpar compared to other locations around the world. I WILL NOT shop at this store location ever again.

As someone who has purchased several LV items that have had quality issues, there aren’t many great things that I can say about the brand. While I had an ok experience with the manager at this location (not sure what his name was) the SAs here can be pushy, unfriendly, and rude - not to mention that this location doesn’t keep stock so customersare often pressured by SAs to purchase whatever is on the floor, in essence, selling customers used products which I find appalling for a “luxury” brand. I will not shop here again and would not recommend this store to anyone.

I had an amazing experience working with my Client Advisor Merlyn. I bought a bag that had to be ordered and I had the honor of experiencing the private shopping lounge upstairs. Merlyn is an amazing sales associate. She is the reason I continue to shop at this location!

I like this location way better than the one at Tysons galleria. The sales associates here go went above and beyond to make my experience a great one, every time. It is very organized and the lines moves in a timely manner.

Great experience here! My sales associate Nathan was kind and patient as I was trying on different bags. He created a welcoming environment for us while we shopped and offered refreshments. Overall, I felt like a valued customer and had an amazing experience at this location. I will definitely be coming back!

I have been shopping in Louis Vuitton for several times in different regions but here I got the most offensive and impolite service from a female sale assistant, then I made my purchase at Dior, perfect service. Racist girl who ruined my image for Louis Vuitton.?

Perfect shopping experience! Received a Fathers Day gift that needed to be exchanged/returned. First, the location of the store is amazing, and makes you feel like you’re in a different country. From the moment I walked into the store I was greeted by multiple employees with hello, how are you, can I show or get you something. I was able to walk around the store and go crazy over the lovely items. I was informed that this particular location was a women’s only store. I was like, WHAT? Yes, apparently there are only items in the store for women, except for the cologne for which they have men’s selection. I would advise anyone looking for luxury jewelry, clothes and shoes to check out this shopping experience.

Loved my experience! Everyone in the store was so nice, helpful and hospitipal to me and my grandson (he's now been indoctrinated)!? I ordered the Mono Alma PM online with an in store pick up. When we arrived I was so excited I casually mentioned I wanted the Mono Speedy B 35 but it was unavailable online. The sales associate checked and they had one in stock!!! Suffice it to say I purchased it! Thank you for making a trip of a life time to DC with my grand-baby even more special!

Wanted just a piece of fashion earrings and the SA helping us showed us the costume earrings . When I said no, she said “ oh, you know those are not real gold and diamond right?” Yes , I do . ? that’s why I asked to see them …. Lol . Ended up w an earring and a pair of sunglasses . Was going to buy more but was put off by her judgmental attitude . (We came on a Monday at 10:00 and it’s a darker skin lady with slick black hair) she didn’t even tell us her name bc in hindsight she knew she did us wrong BTW went to Dior right after and got the perfect service
