I highly recommend Lowe’s Air Duct Cleaning, an outstanding company from initial call to service delivery. You call their number and immediately speak with an actual person, or leave a message and a person will call you back very quickly. Pricing is competitive, with a credit card price and a discounted cash price. My air duct cleaner today was a highly qualified, consummate professional. I will be calling the company again to schedule a dryer vent cleaning. (PSA: clean your air ducts every four to five years; clean your dryer vent annually - it’s a huge fire hazard if you don’t!) Thank you, Constantine at the office and Belman the professional, for your outstanding work. I’m recommending that your company be put on my building’s approved vendors list. P.S. Lowe’s will soon offer HVAC services in the near future.

Your guy knocked my washing machine's drain hose loose when he worked on my dryer and it got water everywhere...Update: they contacted me and gave me a full refund. The tech admitted he knocked off the drain hose and thought he placed it back on properly. I appreciate them making an effort to make this right

Great service! I called Lowe's Air Duct Cleaning yesterday and was able to secure an appointment for today! Alex arrived ontime. He was friendly, knowledgeable and hard working. He answered all of my questions and showed me the dust he was collecting. I learned so much. His thorough cleaning of intake/outtake ducts continued for 4 hours. I highly recommend Alex and Lowe's.

A few weeks ago, Lowe's cleaned out my dryer vent. The employee who helped us, Oswaldo, was very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Our dryer is back in working order and the vent is clean - we will use Lowe's again next year for our annual cleaning!

Our technician did well and really shared with us the benefits of cleaning not only our ducts, but also our dryer and HVAC system. Good professionalism. I will say that the $399 for everything was not quite accurate, so maybe be prepared to spend a bit more than that, but overall, the service was both exceptional and necessary.
