I visited twice after the reopening of the renovated location and both times the customer service was below what I’ve come to expect from Lulu. Not being greeted and not being asked if assistance is needed. I understand that doesn’t happen at every clothing store, but customer service and quality is what people expect from Lulu, especially at their price point.

Sales associate was helping me and another associate came to her they started conversation . I was ignored , stood there and walked out. In contrast with Tysons mall lululemon this location has bad customer service.

lululemon in Georgetown, Washington DC is located on M Street, NW, in the center of The Georgetown shopping district. The store is quite large, with vast selection of men’s business casual options. Lots of blue in clothing pieces is the current theme! This is an “East Coast showcase store” !

Horribly rude customer service. I honestly don't understand why employers in the customer industry keep employees who are rude to their consumers. Worth the drive out of DC to go to the mall in Va.
