The techs are very rude and short tempered.to The cashier is all about getting the money. The prices are extremely high, especially the prices of used tires. After several years of patronizing this company, I won't go back.

My sister had to take her car to this shop recently for a flat tire. They told her the tire could not be repaired but had to be replaced. They charged $234 for one tire on her car. Extremely expensive and over priced. A word of caution look somewhere else

The first Star is for the fact that they are open 24 Hours. Really! What a comfort knowing that if a nail or something else causes your car to start limping, you can get to Mac's at ANYTIME and know that they will fix the problem. The technicians are friendly, yet professional. And, for the work that they do, it is extremely reasonable. I also recommend tipping the technicians if you are able to do so--they deserve it.

I had a flat tire late in the evening and was worried about not finding a tire shop open. I found Mac’s tire service and it turned out to be a really good experience. They answered the phone promptly and made sure tire was in stock and the technician worked on my car right away. He not only changed tire quickly but also was able to give some helpful tips. He also had to find the key to the wheel lock and did so easily. Highly recommended place
