When you return an item make sure it is properly noted on the receipt. If not they will charge you twice if you do not look at your statement.

I went to pay my bill at the Macy's store across from the metro center downtown and thought the lady at the perfume counter (an older woman) was quite distant and uninterested in what I wanted to do. The woman and I conducted business the entire time about 5 feet apart and she didn't come to the counter until she gave me my receipt, then, she walked away leaving me with a feeling of unworthiness. What the heck?On the contrary, the woman at the shoe counter (an older woman as well) was much more courteous and friendlier. I purchased a pair of shoes that were on sale just bcuz of her pleasant personality.

i usually love to do bargain hunting here but this one is of the worse Macy's backstage I've been in. but then again perhaps it was just bad timing.
