I can't emphasize enough how much I love shopping here. The store is always in perfect shape, even on a busy day. The staff are so kind and always willing to help! It's also a plus that they have dog treats and love my dog lol

I had such a good experience at this Madewell this afternoon! Last weekend I had an unfortunate encounter at Georgetown Madewell, where the sales rep kept insisting I should buy jeans that just didn’t fit me. I ended up having to order online in a size up. I decided to come to 14th street instead of Georgetown to return the I’ll-fitting jeans. Despite having a complicated return request, the team on 14th street were super kind and patient. Just a really lovely staff! I look forward to shopping here again!

I've been about a dozen times over the years and always have such a great experience, even when I don't find anything. The staff there is so nice, giving honest feedback while trying on clothes and moving quickly and efficiently. I'm never afraid to ask them for advice or take their recommendations. I went this weekend for a dress for a friend's wedding coming up and I walked in feeling pretty hopeless after the first 3 stores I went into were a bust. I honestly do not know why I didn't start with Madewell because as soon as I walked in the dress I didn't know I was looking for was right at the front. I tried it on, along with a few other options and it was perfect. They have a strong sales section that is always changing, too so I always find something I love. Madewell also has good sales and a jeans recycling program that I've tried - $50 credit for old jeans when I dropped them off! Madewell jewelry is just about the only jewelry I wear. I love their shade of gold. I do wish they had a little bit more jewelry stocked in stores. They also have a 15% student discount which I always take advantage of! I haven't been to any other Madewell in the city, but I can speak highly of the team and experience in Georgetown.

I love Madewell and so happy to be so close to a pretty big location. Parking is pretty easy to find right in the neighborhoods off of 14th street and typically you can stay parked there for 2 hours free before you'll need to move. This location is bright and aesthetically just makes you want to shop till you drop and spend all of your money lol. The mannequins were dressed well and the staff was helpful and knowledgable. I'll be here often for sure, especially since their sale section is pretty large. Fun fact: If you bring in an old pair of denim, they'll recycle it and use the denim for insulation in a home AND YOU'LL GET $20 off a new pair of jeans. A win-win!
