The manager Stacey was extremely rude and unprofessional, making no effort to address the issue at hand. Instead of listening to my concerns, she dismissed them with condescending remarks and an attitude of indifference. When I asked for assistance, the manager seemed irritated and gave vague, unhelpful responses, clearly uninterested in providing a resolution. The overall customer service was appalling—staff members were disengaged and unaccommodating, offering no apologies for the inconvenience caused. It was a frustrating experience, and I left feeling disrespected and ignored I Will Never Come Back Here Every Again Make God Help That Horrible Creature

Had a terrible experience with a woman who claims to be the “manager” she was rude & completely lacked decent human compassion & understanding. I have never been treated the way she treated me while I was at the store. To make a customer feel the way she did is absolutely unacceptable. If I could give this store a negative star I would. She refused to help me process a return even though I had the receipt, she even lost my receipt at one point. I actually had to show her how to look up my item. Shame on her & shame on her higher ups for allowing her to treat customers the way she does.

This store had been terrible. They have security for a reason but it should mostly be for their disrespectful employees. I went to Marshall’s on 7-29-24 to purchase shoes. After nearly being assaulted twice by a male customer and witnessing another female customer I tried to inform the store staff. I respectfully asked if the store personnel worked there and tried to alert him to the customer activity prior to the woman and child getting assaulted by the customer. Instead of the store clerk providing assistance he felt disrespected that I was motioning him for help. I left the store and today 8-19-24 came to return the $30 shows I purchased that day because the heals were coming off. The merchandise was dry rotten and the two employees ignorantly refused to assist me. Thanks Marshalls for your lack of service. I’ve been a long time customer but Im very disappointed. Please provide these employees with customer service training and provide me with credit for these shoes.

The store overall offers great deals, and I particularly enjoy browsing their home decor section, which is always full of amazing finds. While most of the staff are friendly and helpful, I've had negative experiences with the store manager, Latoya. Unfortunately, she has been consistently rude to both customers and employees. Latoya, if you're reading this, remember that part of your job is to assist customers and support your team. Kindness goes a long way and doesn't cost a thing!

I just wanted to return a pair of shoes that I purchased for my son in Rockville, MD, 2 days ago that didn't fit him. I had everything, the sticker, the bar code, and the receipt. To my surprise, they didn't take it back and told me that their system doesn't show the item. Basically, they passed Marshall's problem to the customer and told me to take it back to the Rockville store! This is a breach of their own return policy and a travesty of customer service.
