I have been looking for a mattress for months and when Porshia came over I told her what I had recently looked at. I explained that it wasn’t firm enough. She took me downstairs (note came with me, unlike a store where I was TOLD to go to another floor) and pointed out a few that might be more what I was looking for. I found a mattress I liked, but explained that I had an appointment and needed to leave. I said I’d stop in on my way back. When I returned, with Porshia by my side, I retested both my original choice and my new one. Her suggestion for the new one was perfect. I purchased a mattress! This is not what I had set out to do, but finding someone who was so knowledgeable and so helpful made it happen. Thank you.

We found the best organic mattress called “Plush Euro Top Mattress” by Sleepy’s Willow! The staff was super helpful and knowledgeable. They were having a labor day sale and we were able to get a discount and delivery within 3 days. Because my daughter is a student she got a student discount on the delivery. We would highly recommend Mattress Firm! A tree was even planted with our purchase. Thank you so much for all your help.

Mentioned to a friend that I planned to buy a mattress off of Amazon and he counseled me to see Chima at Mattress Firm instead. I am SO glad he did because I had the chance to try the mattress I'd been eyeballing and it really was not it... I would've saved a bit initially but I can't imagine the pain of returning a mattress off Amazon and I would've spent more long term. I digress. I was seeking something to prevent "motion transfer" because my beau's tossing and turning would've led to a sleep divorce. Chima coached me towards an adjustable base that really steadies the bed. (My current bed had been on a box spring and basic frame with the wheels and I was planning on just doing that again.) WHOA what a difference. I'd never considered a sleep base in my life, but I could not feel the other side of the bed at all even when my boyfriend moved around aggressively to test it. Chima also knocked off hundreds and it's being delivered today!

I was in search of a boxspring for my sons apartment. He lives close by to the store. I need to find some thing that I could easily transport a short distance. Chima the sales representative could not have been nicer and helping me identify a boxspring that met my needs and cost as well as helping me load it on top of my car to help transport it to my sons apartment. Great service and value.

Great experience buying a queen mattress on MLK day! Would definitely recommend this store, James was super helpful and pulled down many mattresses for us to find the perfect one. He was professional, attentive and got us a good deal!
