I was in the market for a new mattress and saw a couple affordable ones on the Mattress Firm website so I wanted to check those out at their store. After having a lovely dinner in Dupont Circle, I searched up the nearest Mattress Firm which was right in the heart of Dupont, which was perfect! I walked over, and upon my arrival and made my way upstairs I was warmly greeted by DENNIS. The whole time he was suuuuper helpful, gave me his full attention, let me try as many mattresses as I needed, and gave me helpful advice. I found the perfect bundle for a really great price ! If you're going to this location, make sure Dennis helps you, he is great!

I bought a mattress this summer at the Columbia Heights location, but it wasn't working well for me so I stopped into the Dupont location to try some other models. Lafonta was very kind and helpful, despite knowing he wouldn't get a sale from me since I was looking for an exchange. He even called around to other nearby locations to locate a particular model I wanted to try that they didn't have at the Dupont location, without me asking. I would happily purchase from him in the future!

The store has a great variety of mattresses and accessories; however, Lefonta was the only reason why I purchased a mattress from here. He was friendly, efficient and provided accurate estimates. I gave him my budget and preference and he helped figure everything else out. This was my first time buying a mattress from an actual store, so I was nervous that this experience was going to be a hassle, but Lefonta’s professional and personable demeanor made the process enjoyable.

I would give 6 stars if I could!!
This is a smaller version of their larger store, but don't let that stop you!! It is located on the 2nd floor and the selection has plenty to choose from in all price ranges.
My husband and I were greeted by the lovely Carlicia, and let me tell you, it was literally like she treated us like family. We felt she genuinely cared and asked a plethora of questions to make sure she showed us the mattresses that would be best for our needs. We are 61 and my husband is a disabled veteran with a permanently injured neck, so we needed to be serious about the correct purchase for his needs. We also told her what price range we could afford.
Carlicia found us a great mattress at a price our fixed income could afford that was, not only a very comfortable well known and trusted brand, but at a price that was even lower than we had told her we could afford and a veterans discount. She also thanked my husband for his service, and let me tell you, the thank you meant more to him than the discount.
This wonderful lady really went above and beyond to treat us with the utmost kindness and a fabulous deal on a great mattress.
Do not go anywhere else!
And if you're lucky, maybe you'll get to meet her as well!
