“My girlfriend and I had never shopped for a bed before. Asher was an awesome associate. We were tested on computer aided sleep program for which mattress best suited our needs. Asher then showed us various mattresses, and was very knowledgeable on different styles and technology. He kept us below our budget, and made the buying process very easy. I didn’t think originally I would be buying a mattress but we purchased one that day. Delivery option was super easy. The instillation took 15 minutes from their delivery company. All in all great and painless experience. We are very happy with our mattress.”

“I was in the market for a new mattress and saw a couple affordable ones on the Mattress Firm website so I wanted to check those out at their store. After having a lovely dinner in Dupont Circle, I searched up the nearest Mattress Firm which was right in the heart of Dupont, which was perfect! I walked over, and upon my arrival and made my way upstairs I was warmly greeted by DENNIS. The whole time he was suuuuper helpful, gave me his full attention, let me try as many mattresses as I needed, and gave me helpful advice. I found the perfect bundle for a really great price ! If you're going to this location, make sure Dennis helps you, he is great!”

We walked in the store with no true sense of what we wanted or “needed”… but Monique jumped right into action and guided us seamlessly through what we expected to be a daunting task. We didn’t make a purchase right on the spot (they don’t have Apple Pay setup) but we will go back this week (with credit card in hand) to finalize the order.

“I was buying a condo in Silver Spring, Maryland and needed furniture. I budgeted $10,000 for furniture, area rugs, TV, printer, Vitamix blender and kitchen stuff, not appliances. We needed Living Room, Dining Room, Office and Bedroom. I first called Basset, sent them a floor plan and told them what I had budgeted. The next day I get an email telling me that she had done the dining room set and rug. The dining room set was just under $4,000 and the rug was $2,500. 2/3 of my budget for one room? Clearly not the place for me. I found Casa Furniture online, the prices are very reasonable and I furnished the whole place for the budget I figured. The best part is that they delivered and set it all up and put everything in place. Just as important, everything is very well made and looks amazing. I could not have been happier.”

“LEX M Is the most helpful & sweet person. Truly helped me with a issue that hadn't been resolved even after getting on the phone & email with support. The problem was with accessing my store credit or gift card code. I contacted customer service several times & was put on a endless hold. Lex was the one person who took the time to help me. She also made me feel more relaxed after being overwhelmed for what felt like hours by being on hold /emails. She really went out of her way to help. & She was amazing! Thank youu so much!!”

“It’s no wonder this location has five stars. My review is based on my interaction with Sean. Absolutely wonderful salesman, and honest, which goes a long way. Unfortunately, they didn’t carry the closeout mattress I was searching for, but Sean took the time (despite not getting a sale), to help me locate it and give me advice on how to lock it down since I wasn’t able to pick it up that day. He’s a good, honest person.”
