They were great! We were here on vacation from out of town when my husband got sick with cough and sore throat. We could not have been more blessed for the care we received from the staff! After testing, a prescription and otc meds we were able to enjoy the rest of our vacation.

Recommended if you need to get in to see a doctor for “urgent” care. I walked in on a Friday afternoon, and while it was pretty busy, I was seen in about 45 minutes. The reception, nurse and doctor were all efficient and professional.

The facility is easy to access via metro transportation. Scheduling an appointment was easy on-line. All of staff was professional and kind.

Fine clinic but appointments mean absolutely nothing. Just don't have appointments if you still have a 3 hour waittime with an appointment

Very caring staff; they get you in and out with thorough exams! Be prepare to complete all your forms online though. Totally recommend this Urgent Care.

It took 3 hours for me to be called for vital signs and another one hour to be called and the Nurse Practitioner only sent 2 of my 3 prescriptions and I had to call her twice that's negligence and delay of treatment.

Was very satisfied with process a services at this location… bathrooms and rooms were clean and staff was very friendly .. was in and out quickly .. and my doctor I seen forgot to call one of medicine but called me early in am to confirm a location to send it an check my status of well being very satisfying we need more caring doctors like this ..
