Maria has been terrific through our rings purchasing process. She is both knowledgeable and kind in her approach. I never felt pressure to buy or buy more. She was so helpful and fun throughout the process. She gave amazing advice on how to maximize the impact of the rings. She also always made us feel like we were important to her and the company. I’ve rarely been so comfortable making large purchases. I can honestly say that this has been a wonderful experience from start to finish. I’d highly recommend Maria and Mervis for all of your jewelry needs.

Janette is an incredible advisor. I came in with my mom and best friend to try on engagement rings, and she was so welcoming, knowledgeable, and caring. She really took the time to educate us and spend the time to make sure our experience was pleasant and special. I could not recommend her and Mervis enough. Looking forward to coming back!

I couldn’t be happier working with Sonila at Mervis! My engagement ring from 22 years ago was damaged. Sonila walked me through everything. Since my husband and I had been talking about updating my ring, it was good timing. She got my style immediately! The ring she showed me was gorgeous and compliments my other rings perfectly! If I or family or friends need anything, I will have them come to Mervis for excellent quality and ask for Sonila for excellent care!

We had a great experience buying wedding bands at Mervis! Bianca Farrell took us through the entire process, from initial try-ons to engraving and resizing the final bands, and made it all very smooth, straightforward, and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Maria helped select the engagement ring, our wedding bands, and wedding day present. Amazing service and they can make custom jewelry designs as well. My fiancée loves the free ring steam cleanings and I definitely see myself becoming a life long customer.

My fiance and I came made an appointment at the K Street location and were immediately made to feel comfortable by the team and when Maria sat down with us, we could not have asked for more insight and thoughtfulness as we went through what we were looking for in an engagement ring. She wasn't pushy as I was afraid of and instead she gave us plenty of options to go over. My fiance and I were very happy with the experience and Maria even made an arrangement to have the ring shipped to our vacation home in Maine for a surprise. We will be back!

I worked with Maia at Mervis in Tysons and she was so helpful and knowledgeable! She walked me through the whole process, gave me options and advice along the way, and truly tried to help me build the perfect engagement ring for my girlfriend. She didn’t try to up-sell me on anything and there was none of that shady-salesperson stuff that you so often get in this industry. Maia was down to earth and just great at what she does. My experience with Mervis, overall, was 10/10. Everyone was friendly and helpful and the ring was finished more than a week early. They gave me all the paperwork I needed to get it insured and provided support along the way. I can’t recommend them enough. The one drawback I’ll admit, was that there website didn’t show their entire inventory so don’t rely on that, go in and talk to Maia and she’ll help you find what you’re looking for.

Diamond purchases are generally rare occurences for most people. I appreciated that Mervis associates provide rudimentary information to clients which assists them throughout the transaction. I was highly fortunate to work with Elizabeth Appleman at the Rockville showroom. A longtime employee, Miss Appleman aided me in my selection, seamlessly navigating the insurance-related details without a hint of pressure.The Rockville Pike showroom is most convivial, and I was greeted by each associate on the floor upon visits. Walls are tastefuuly appointed with fascinating historic photos of South African diamond mines. My experience with this family -run business- including meeting Mr. Ronnie Mervis- was rewarding at every step.
