  Against my own mind, I went in near 2 years later, after I got scammed out the first phone thinking, maybe it's just the person period note, it's the whole store.It's the whole scam period a charge , you disamun , your phone to be on paid for full thirty days period one week later , gotta pay again , i've learned my lesson

  Don’t buy from this location they are Selling defaulted devices phones and tablets first my Samsung phone I charged it up and won’t tube on they gave me a tablet and now it won’t turn on after being charged i going to need the owner to call or get a civil law suit ain’t no way 2 Devices are messed up in less in a week of Purchasing they frauds in here best believe if I don’t have my money back we gonna have big problems

  Its August 1st and the store says it opens at 9am but no one is here and the store is closed. Where is the staff? Yes its only 9:19am and things do occur in life but I have a busy schedule today and this situation is going to set be back.

  Poor Customer Service they are very Rude and don’t help with nothing keep sending you to there corporate location instead because they can’t do nothing they don’t even open on time or have a store phone and they took my payment but telling me I can’t get service with them so where my money at then !??

  They have TERRIBLE SERVICE AND SUPPORT There’s No Store Phone and The Store Opens up at 10 am Not 9 am. They are so Rude and can’t help with nothing especially if you’re sent to the store they’ll tell you to go to Benning Rd Location! They will also walk away while you’re talking and go sit in the back till you’re gone as if you was done ! This Store needs NEW employees or just to shut tf down completely

  One of the best stores I've ever been in. Staff is nice and awesome. Never been in a metro pcs store that has had as good informative and courteous people working behind the counter. They got awesome phones and tablets as well as good deals on them. Walk in and check it out. you won't be disappointed.

  Place is great, good pricing compared to other phone companies. The issue is there arent hidden fees, just employees who wont mention the valid fees they’ll add on your line.

  THIS METRO PCS IS NOW LOCATED ON MARION BARRY AVENUE SE DC. THIS LOCATION NEVER HAS ENOUGH ASSOCIATES POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE UNKNOWABLE AND IS OVER PRICED. I STILL CAN'T BELIEVE I PURCHASED A 4G CELLULAR PHONE IN 2023. THEY DON'T EVEN KEEP RECEIPT PAPER IN THEIR MACHINE. THEIR IS NO PARKING ONLY STREET PARKING. HOWEVER WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE.

  I spoke with a Indian rep on the phone who hung up on me because he couldn't find details on the apple 12 phone. Very rude and wouldn't get a manager.
