I have been so many metro pcs, but I never seen this kind of such a worst customer service and I was waiting more than 3 hours to install screen protectors and transfer the contact but the dealer doesn’t have any clue about the accessories and he installed it wrong one.

Very helpful in switching my mother's carrier from AT&T to been Metro. Got a great deal on 2 new phones and a plan for 2 lines with auto pay including insurance and unlimited everything. Plus free hot spot.

It's heartily disappointing that Metro district manager allows this store to continue charging hidden fees to Metro customers; exaggerated amount than the standard Metro service fee. I went this store today to have my number activated on a new device, and they asked me double the regular activation fee. Can I say Metro PCs is a home for thief customer agents in store ? Yes if they continue to intentionally turn a blind eye! I think I should switch !!!!
