Hello, good afternoon!!! I just want to let the owner of this branch know that today I went to his store and wanted to buy a phone but the man who helped me doesn't even know what profession he has, he started telling me that I was a stingy person who because of people How businesses were going bankrupt 😡😡 I have always bought my phones, I have never asked them and he told me that he was going to call them at the store on 14 so that they could sell it to me more expensive, the truth is, that man really knows You can call him a man. He humiliated me so much that I didn't buy the phone because my face fell with shame. The truth is, I don't know why they have people like that who are so ugly when it comes to treating customers. I got the worst disappointment of my life and he told me so many things that I believe. that no client deserves to be treated like this 😡😡😡😡

I went to one location on 14th. Street NW ,and I was having a bad day with Verizon service. I meet Mario and this location and he is the cats 🐈 meow. I left in a fabulous mood with a phone 📱 andservice and internet. He' deserve a raise, a matter of fact the whole team was an is fantastic with customers 👏

Check your invoices if you have purchased from that store because I went shopping and they overcharged me for things that I did not buy nor did they deliver to me.

Customer service was terrible. I was quoted one price for phone after taxes and fees overcharged 80 dollars and they claim it was for activation fee but on the receipt the charge shows as a wall charger I will not recommend shopping for a phone at this location maybe just to pay your phone bill.
