Excellent service. My oil light came on and they told me I could come by straight away and they'd take a look and let me know. I was burning oil and they changed my oil and drove it around to make sure it wasn't leaking and then texted to say I could come by straight away. Everything was sorted in a couple of hours. Thank you.

I took some time before deciding to post this review, as I wanted to reflect on my experience and share it thoughtfully with others. While I've previously noticed the receptionist's somewhat abrasive demeanor, I had chosen to overlook it until a recent incident. Upon dropping off my car for a scheduled repair, a brief misunderstanding arose regarding why I wasn't immediately informed that the mechanics couldn't see me that day and that I would need to return the following day. This led to an unexpectedly harsh response from her, including a string of profanities directed at me. Such behavior raises concerns about her suitability for a public-facing role, as it demonstrates a lack of the professional demeanor expected in customer service.
