The experience in the store was unpleasant. I wanted a print out of my statement but was told it was impossible and there was absolutely noting they could do about it. No advise on how to do it in online or referral to another store that could help

I can understand the store being slow and not having a lot to do but when a customer walks in I think everybody should be treated equally. Milainy is too lazy to even get change for the cashier next to her.

I am having several problems with the company and I am not being acknowledged respected or even don't treated as a customer of 5+ years. I've called customer service and waited hours more than once to I speak to someone who instead of listening to my issues only made more problems for me, I've did the virtual assistant with no luck or anything being done. I would appreciate it if someone would reach out to me in response to my issues. I have written everything out because I am tired of trying to talk to people Human or Virtual and not getting anywhere. This is a very serious matter and I am not a happy customer. I do look for to communicating with someone soon. Thanks and have a great day.
