Zary and Darwin were extremely accommodating. Because I came in right before the store closed, they stayed open an extra hour to help me. They patiently answered all of my questions (I had a lot of questions) . They did all of this while servicing all of their other customers. I was extremely satisfied and happy with my service. I will always return to this store for all of my cell phone needs. Thank you Metro PCS!!!!

Terrible service and long wait times regularly. Best best is to try a larger location with more employees. I visited today and stood in line thirty minutes before I just left and drove over to Fort Totten

The worst customer service ! They have no interest to answer any question at all. If you have to use METRO by T mobile just check out the other stores and you will save yourself from a bad day.

If I could rate this place a zero, I would. The workers here are so unprofessional and they did not care about my problems at all. They did not seem to want to do their job or give me any information. Ashley, in particular was not happy of my presence and did not care of helping me. I would not recommend coming here for any services whatsoever. They don’t care for their customers or about doing their job. They were very impatient, so un willing to help or work, and overall very rude. Never coming back.

Is there any worst place in the world other than this store with the worst, unprofessional workers. The workers were not interested in any kind of clients service, rather they make fun of the clients who are there for service, specifically the person named Ashley she’s even ready to hit or cause physical harm to the clients. She is well trained to hang up phone call on the ears of the clients. I am not recommending any one to go to this location!!!

Went to this store yesterday to help my elderly Aunt. She had issues with 3 out of 4 phones. The employee who was behind the counter seemed bothered by our presence. The employee seemed to prefer listening and paying more attention to “Bad Bunny” than to wanting to help with the issue. Little eye contact, body language was screaming go away, and just the cold, short replies made it obvious that we should not waste this employees time to being there. There was no ray of sunshine here.The employee just wanted to deactivate a phone and then change the plan from 4 lines to 3 which would add an additional $20 more a month.We did not want to do that. The employee then told us we needed to call the customer service number because there was nothing the employee could do for us.We went back home and called customer service who told us we needed to go into a store to address the issues. We did go to another metro by t-mobile store and what a HUGE Difference. I strongly recommend passing this store and going to the metro by t mobile store on 390914th NW and see Daniel. Daniel seemed to genuinely care. Daniel was able to correct the issues and had no idea why the employee at the other store could not do what he had done for us.

This store has hidden fees. Beware! I went to switch my plan and get a free Samsung A21 device offered as promotion to switching from an eligible company. He then told me a fixed price to pay, which was far above the total sum of my monthly plans and taxes included. Initially, he didn’t want me to ask him about the price details and I insisted on knowing why I pay a fixed unreasonable price. He finally mentioned that it’s store fee ??. Additional payment of $60 for store fee? Funny! I went to another MetroPcs Store to cross check and they don’t have anything called store fee, and I was welcome and asked to pay the right amount after tax, plan and activation fee. Don’t make this store location your choice, or ask price details.

If want to have a friendly service and a good network you have stop by this store today! The gentlemen you will meet will be Rey and also Estefany. They are so amazing friendly people they will go an extra way to make you happy. To me they are like family.
