I always come to pay my phone bill at this time 6:43pm and they say "they are closed" but on google says 8pm they close. So they told me to come tomorrow to pay my phone bill. Why do they close early?

What an ugly attitude have this young woman in this location. I asked her if i could have a receipt kindly and smoothly, and with a very bad attitude, told me (as manager of the store, we don't give receipts, and i going to cut your line right now and you can't come back to the store, exaggerating with their drama and bad attitude. Im a customer of metro pc for over 15 years. It wasn't necessary to get this kind of attitude just because i asked for one receipt.

I was helping my elderly Aunt who had 4 phones. 3 were not working right. After a very frustrating and unhappy experience in another T Mobile shop. I attempted to call the corporate customer service number (as instructed by the annoyed employee at that store) to resolve a few problems. Unfortunately due to the multiple issues I had I needed to go to a store. There is no way I would go back to the previous store. I went to this Metro T-Mobile shop and met with Daniel. What an amazing difference when you work with someone that has a positive attitude that seems to genuinely want to help their customers. Daniel was patient, took his time listening to the issues and appeared to be happy doing it. Daniel came up with a simple solution, and even found another problem that had caused technical issues. I strongly recommend this store. The employees here seem to really want to provide customer service.

Customer service was great. The employee there explain to me the whole bill and even gave a great discount. I refer every friend to see Joe. He a great human being and a most sincere sales person.

I have been a T-mobile customer for a couple of years now and hands down the best cell plan eve as well as great customer service Spoke with Kalaurna customer service rep and Janie the Supervison both at the Richmond location I appreciated them for going above and beyond to help me Thanks you guys rock.....

Promising start to the new location. They handled a complicated order seamlessly, got all the items I needed and started the process before I had to even go in. They were unfailingly friendly and helpful throughout. I'll wait to make sure the order goes through with no billing issues, and if so, I'll amend adding a fifth start.
