Lots of options but terrible pricing. Prices marked way up and they play games with discounts so everyone pays a different price and you end up with a reasonable price if you work their system.
Want to target and got the same item for half the price with coupons and no hassle.

I like Michael's and this was a good location for me. It is not the largest Michael's I have ever been in but it seems to be well run. They have already stocked the store with Fall seasonal items as well as Halloween stuff.

The store doesn’t validate parking. Make sure you double check your pickup order, two items were missing from mine.

While I like getting craft items at this store, I brought in a needlepoint for my new granddaughter to get framed. There was lace surrounding a cradle and her name, weight and date of birth were clearly stitched on the front. When I picked up the framed needlepoint, it was framed backwards!!!!!! In other words, the back of the needlepoint was facing out!!!!! It took me a minute to realize what happened! To say I was super angry is putting it mildly. Needless to say, I had to come back hours later to pick it up. Thank goodness it was done correctly. But I will definitely not be bringing anything else here to be framed. This episode definitely makes me think who is doing the framing???!!!!!

I like this store but $8.00 for parking and no validation is not going to work. Sorry. The parking was as much as the one item I ran in for. I was there 15-20 minutes max.

I only saw two staff members. One was in a back room, and when I walked in, she hustled me back out. She was unable to help with my request. Later, I went to the cashier to check out. She was the only staff member visible in the store at the time. She didn't want to serve me and pointed to the self-serve checkout. Then, she changed her mind and grudgingly served as my cashier. The whole experience made me wonder if staffless stores are what the future holds.☹️
