I have been a customer of Mike Jones at State Farm for well over 10 years. Recently, I had an issue with my mortgage company that required immediate attention from Mike Jones' office. My initial communication with his associate, Justin (with a very long email address...lol), got off to a rough start. However, by the end of our conversation, Justin went above and beyond to provide excellent service, ensuring that my issue with the mortgage company was resolved and that I had nothing to worry about.

I feel as though Mike could care less about his job or his customers. He lost us due to no communication and he could care less. We are getting ready to pull 3 homeowner policies as well.

A very poor customer service, they barely answer the phone, never recall when you left a voicemail or send email.I experienced the same thing that the lady was disclosing. The only time they contact you is the moment when you have to renew your insurance. Probably, they care only for the commission they will receive.I will do the same thing switch to another agent.

During that time, I was searching for quotes for my (rental properties, home, umbrella, and vehicle insurance). I requested quotes from other insurance companies. But it was Mike, and his team eventually won the deal based on pricing, teamwork, and outstanding professionalism.When I relocated to Virginia, and he became licensed in Virginia, I transferred all of my policies to his agency.
