Scheduled an appointment for 5pm for Strep consultation, and was not notified that my appointment was canceled until I arrived. The nurse on duty provided no alternate solution. Go somewhere else.

The male provider who is there on the weekends is incompetent. I usually like this location because there is a kind and helpful female provider there that I’ve gone to a couple times before. However, when I went this past weekend, he told me I just had a cold even though I was sick for 10+ days with worsening symptoms along with sinus pain and pressure. He said to take over the counter medications (which I have already tried and it didn’t help). He was very cold and uncaring and clearly didn’t want to help me. After I left, my symptoms kept getting worse. I went to a real doctor today, and as I suspected, I actually have a sinus infection. This provider wanted me to suffer without the antibiotics I needed. Don’t go to this location unless you want a wrong diagnosis, an uncaring provider, and someone who is too scared (or maybe not able to) prescribe any medication. Waste of time and money and actually made my health worse.

Had an appointment. The clinic wasn’t even open for some reason. No call. No email. Spend $10 on an Uber to get there only to find out they weren’t open even thought I had an online appointment booking and confirmation. CVS and minute clinic suck.

I called and inquired the number given about an appointment and was told that they were full for the day, but since walk-ins are accepted, I took the chance. They were CLOSED. No reason. The person didn't mention that. Maybe even they didn't know. Asked CVS employee and they had no idea why no one opened it for the day.

I was wary because of the reviews, but the lady at the clinic was very helpful and prompt! I was in town for a few days suddenly ill, and I was really worried where to go, what to do, but I came here and was able to pick up my medicine right here at the CVS.

Worst clinic I have ever been at. The woman was extremely rude, in addition to very unprofessional. She wouldn’t answer any questions and asked me to hurry up because she wanted to go for lunch. I ended up leaving the clinic without receiving the medical treatment I needed. I don’t recommend this clinic at all.

worst experience. i asked to get strep tested and the doctor told me “you wouldn’t have a fever if you had strep” and refused to test me. I was seen by NP Udejiofor. She was rude, unwelcoming, and disrespectful.

Provider refused to provide me with the out of pocket cost of the treatment. She said she could only provide the cost after the treatment was given…. This ridiculous and predatory. As a physician, all patients should be provided with full financial transparency regarding their care. Do not go to the CVS minute clinic

The doctor here was incredibly rude and abrasive. I came for a covid test and she had me swab myself- basically charging me 10x the price of an at home kit. The pharmacy was no better as they sent me in circles trying to transfer a prescription. will never be coming here again.

I have had two excellent experiences at this CVS MinuteClinic in the last six months. Both times I arrived slightly ahead of my appointment and was on my way home at by the appointment time. (Note: I had preregistered.) This clinic is a boon to those living in downtown DC.)
