Zero stars!!!! This is not a walk-in clinic! They only see you by the appointment. No one at the front to speak with. I had to knock, and was told they don’t know how to help me. They don’t care.

I had a good experience. I have a severe cold and she prescribed some different meds. The whole process was super quick and thorough. I was hesitant to make an appointment with all the bad reviews, but I want to give credit where it is due: thanks for helping me!

Hello everyone. Let's start with great customer service. No matter how both appointments went, the communication was professional. I needed a TB shot for a new job. I strategically placed in web, FREE TB shots in my area. It gave me a plethora of Minute Clinics of CVS. I chose one near my convenience and checked in days later for the appointment. Once checked in lady told me it's gonna cost $39 to puncture and another $39 to read. That's twice of what I expected. Okay no problem. This was on a Friday. We both AGREED that on Monday @ 11:30 would be the precise / correct time for the reading. She's the professional, right? She does this ALL the time you'd think. I arrived on Monday at 11:30 as told and the same lady said I was OVER THE TIME‼ I chose this location because it was convenient for me to part for 30 minutes for the reading. Explain how I'm over when you gave the time and WE AGREED? I would have preferred to return upon the opening of business. So I was asked to wait for a supervisor of sort . Not considering MY TIME. I told the woman I was missing orientation for a job and couldn't wait. Somehow this became my fault because they sent me an email stating I cancelled the appointment ‼ Be accountable for your faults I did Everything I was asked to do per guidelines. The next step is gonna be very interesting.

Horrible service from the nurse tech. The doctor was nice and helpful but the intake nurse was judgmental and rude.

I called just to see if the minute clinic accepted dc medicaid. The person who answered the phone put me on hold stating, "she would ask her suoervisor", put me on hold, never returned to the phone, then I was kicked off the line, putting me back in que with the recorded services. I tried calling back twice where now the recirding is saying they are closed. I called the pharmacy trying to ask what the issue was, was rushed off the phone, asked to leave my name and number, felt rudely dismissed. So unprofessional!

I made an appointment on line for 12:05 pm, arrived on time, used kiosk to sign in, and waited and waited. There is no obvious waiting area. There is no receptionist. Just a provider in a room. At 1 pm I walked out. Don't set up expectations. If the appointment time means nothing don't give a time. Lame.

Had a sinus infection and they told me to take Flonase and Advil. Terrible staff. Don't bother going if you are sick.

Horrible experience. We got there because my husband was feeling that his blood pressure was high. He clearly looked concerned and not well. The individual there "nurse" did not care a single bit about him, she was worried about how we were going to pay and if we had insurance which we did and a good one but she sucked, no compasií³n, I asked her to take his vitals and she said well you need to re check him in! I was like wth is wrong with this incompetent.

The wait is long so do a reservation but it's worth it for Dr Niajori. She's kind, patient, and has very knowledgeable.
