Kept calling the Money transfer before going for an hour with no answer. Took a chance and went to this one. The one on Georgia Ave was not working. I was happy to know it wasn't a Walmart wide problem.

There is no such thing as customer service at this Walmart! Why get a job in the service arena and you do NOTHING to help those who patronize you? I swear I'd never go here if I didn't live so close- they are horrible and useless- I hate it! Wish I could give them a ZERO, because a 1 is too good!

This is literally the worst Walmart I have ever been to. They never have anything in stock. Not only that I got over charged twice and they act like they didn't know why. I ask for the manager he's very rude. He walked away as I was talking because I'm getting upset because they didn't want to give my money back. It's very ghetto recommend not going to this location!!!

I actually ran into this store while driving past here the other day, and I decided to come on in here to see if they had any lunch food in the deli. This store is great because they have a grocery store in addition to the e regular store. I've purchased those premade chicken sandwiches and popcorn chicken from a different location, and I was able to find just the popcorn chicken here. I spent a little time walking around and ai ran into an old friend Hernan who works here now. They gave me some guidance about where to go for the electronics section which was helpful, because I'm looking around for a nice Samsung tablet. I could have done some serious shipping here but I didn't come prepared for that today. I ended up getting a bottled water, some candy, and the popcorn chicken.

Very disappointed with customer service department. Never in my life. Have I ever felt the need to write a review on being stereotyped by the store managers at this location. I'm referring to the store manager Coach Lucy was Very unprofessional and treated me as if I am not a paying customer. I was treated very unfair by her actions when I tried to explain to her on getting a replacement for an item that I purchased, and she chose to not only have a conversation with her employees at the register. And kept looking at my direction while I was on the phone with customer service, and when she finally acknowledged me, she rolled her eyes and gave me a smart attitude. She definitely stereotyped me for being a person of color. But little does she know that I speak Spanish not that that matters but I low-key think she is a racist. Just the way that she spoke to me making me look like I'm stupid when all I was trying to do was get an item exchanged under a warranty. Moral of the story after I specifically asked to call for her again she still did not acknowledge me until she felt like she wanted to. At that point. I already left customer service because she definitely was no help and neither was Darnell or Darrell. (it's one of the two) but I'm sure it's probably Darrell..Before meeting with Lucy, I was speaking to Darell, and I honestly don't think he knew what the hell he was talking about because he looked so damn confused and lost out of his mind that when I was explaining my situation, he immediately didn't even bother to look into it and decided to call Lucy, it's no wonder people steal majority of the time at that specific Walmart, because while they're having personal conversations while a guest like meat is trying to get their attention, anything can happen under their nose, and they wouldn't even think about taking actions into their own hands. And I literally purchased an item that I was still under the warranty, and when Darell was speaking to me, he denied and made it seem like I don't know what I'm doing such a huge disappointment experience with customer service, and in my honest opinion, they both suck at their job. Imagine if I was a secret shopper and gave my report on both of them they would've immediately have been fired. You guys need to start hiring better employees because Lucy is definitely not doing her job and as far for Darnell store manager is not the position that he should be in. Never in my life have I ever had to deal with something like this at Walmart. I really do hope for the viewers reading this, to expect the unexpected when dealing with customer service and you ask to speak to a store manager be prepared for what I had to go through. I don't wish this of pawn any valued customer but if you asked to speak to one of these to be prepared to speak to someone who doesn't know what the hell is going on or care to even look into why you're asked to speak to them, and let's not forget about the stereotype Racist name Lucy. Smdh!

This Walmart is so unprofessional, they never answer the phone. It's very unorganized and very confusing. Non of the employees knows what's going on. They staff just sits around talking to one another about nothing pertaining to work. It's literally like a zoo. It's really crazy never again will I order anything online from Walmart again, delivery sucks. Never received my items after 3 days so I had to cancel do not order anything from this store ever!!

For real, what did I walk into here. It was a nightmare from parking to leaving. I mean an absolute nightmare.We should have took the hint after trying to park in the underground parking garage. There is almost no direction in here. Actually there is, but no one wants to follow the directions. We were turning to come down an aisle and someone was backing out of a spot to leave, instead of going with the flow of traffic, they came towards me. Then had the nerve to cuss me out.Upon entering the escalators are out of order, everyone has to use the elevators to get to the store floor and vice versa. When we finally did get up to the floor, making our way through the store was an equal nightmare. Seeing how there are attempting to squish a full sized supercenter here the aisles feel a lot smaller. And all the entitled people here think that they are in the right to do whatever they want. One person even had the audacity to tell my family and I that they were getting an item and she wasn't moving. My Dad, being my Dad, didn't care and said excuse me. She then said, 'go ahead and say something.' I was just at a loss for words then. Like, everyone is in here getting items and you think you are the only one, were you looking to pick a fight or something?We continued through the store at our pace and it just did not flow correctly. We ended up in the hardware department and it was a total mess. Especially the area where the shelves were visibly broken, but there was no cares given.Then the check out lines, yikes. I will give it to them, this is one of the few Walmart stores I have been to that they actually had more than three registers open. However, those lines still stretched back into the aisles with merchandise on them. Like the parking lot, no one knew how to do a line in here.There were constant problems with items either not ringing up, ringing up wrong, or some type of error that would need a manager. It took forever to get out of the store, back down the elevators, and then back out of the garage.Honestly, if it would have been just me, I would not have come here. I would have searched out a Target or something. This is a store that I know I will never step foot in again.

I was in the Walmart today & got so frustrated. I was looking for a contour bath rug. Young lady that works in that department sent me to another aisle which was incorrect. Ask another person he said follow me when I looked up it was the Bathroom. I lost it! Walmart need to hire people that listens & speaks English & willing to help their Customers!!!!

My grocery order was delivered to the wrong address. I called the customer service number and got the security desk. The security desk transferred me to the customer service department and no one picked up the phone. Walmart's grocery delivery service can be problematic at times and customer support is awful.

I've been trying to enter the parking garage to this Walmart on Riggs Rd. NE. Everytime go there, the street is blocked due to construction and you cannot enter the entrance of the parking lot. I came out here in July and couldn't get through and ended up having to leave.How are people entering the store if you can't access the parking garage from South Dakota Avenue NE leading into Riggs Road. It is not the store's fault, but I'm wondering what is going on with the construction on Riggs Rd, NE. I ended up going to Target at PG Plaza to get the items I needed since I couldn't get into the garage due to the construction.

today I had a bad day with the costumer service they are supposed to have a moneygram service Which was available and I have read and you can use any identification I gave her my passport and she did not accept my passport because she wanted my address and before that she attended to a client super bad I think personal with bad character should be fired 0 start

If I could give a "negative star" I'm sure this store would get alot of them. (Now this was sent on November 6th to their customer service"help department")@walmarthelp what's the deal with store #03035 stopped by today and saw this priced $12.93, took one to the register and item scanned $59.00, was told price would be changed, one hour later.. Item still priced $12.93??? #badbusiness But today is November 25th, and all Walmart did was change the price on the same item that scans at $60.00(see pics!) First 2 pics are what I originally saw it on the shelf for back on November 6th, the other 2 pics are what them item is priced on the shelves now... STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE!

My experience here wasn't great. I ordered online for pickup. In short order I received an email informing me that my order was ready so I drove over. The parking garage is poorly signed. It is difficult to figure out where the entrance to the store is. When I got into the store I went to the pickup location and got in line. After a while someone asked us if we were being helped. She got on rhe loudspeaker snd called for the associate from pickups to come to the front of the store. Then she left. A little bit after that the phone in exchanges rang and after talking a bit the person there told us we needed to go to electronics to get our orders. Off we went to electronics where the person we needed was hanging with friends. No social distancing here; thery were hugging snd chest bumping. After they finished the associate came to help us. The person in front of me could not pick up her entire order, despite having received an email that it was ready, because only part of it was available in the store. My order was ready and I was finally able to leave. The exits from the garage were as poorly marked as everything else.
