I’ve been to this neighborhood liquor store a few times, and it’s definitely a gem. The employees are friendly and always willing to help, making the experience pleasant. There is security posted at the door due to high theft in the area, but don’t let that deter you—this place has a fantastic selection of wine, beer, and alcohol. I’m really impressed by how extensive their variety is, especially for a smaller, local store.
They’ve also recently started selling cigars, which is a nice addition. Overall, this store has become my go-to spot for all things alcohol-related, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for quality and variety in the neighborhood.

I can always find what I want, the prices are reasonable, and the staff are consistently helpful! Oh and there’s parking, so it’s convenient.

I had a terrible experience with the customer service at Morris Miller Liquors. On July 5, 2024, I purchased a single bottle of bourbon using my debit card. After swiping my card, the cashier told me that the transaction did not go through, even though there was no indication of this on my end. At the cashier's request, I swiped my card a second time to complete the purchase. After leaving the store, I checked my online banking and found that I had been charged twice instead of once. I returned to the store and informed the cashier of the discrepancy. However, the cashier informed me that only the owner, Jay, could process a refund to my card and that he was not available at that time. I was told that Jay would be in on July 8, 2024, so I reached out to him that morning to explain the situation. Jay said he needed to check his transaction history and promised to get back to me later that day. Despite this, I did not receive any further communication from Jay. After waiting for two business days, I went to the store on July 10, 2024, to speak to Jay in person, but he had already left for the day. I left my contact information with the store staff and asked them to have Jay call me back. Unfortunately, as of now, Jay has not returned my call or refunded my money. As a long-time customer, I was disappointed that the store did not take the initiative to follow up with me to resolve this matter informally. Ultimately, I had to dispute the charges through my bank to seek a resolution.
