I have lived on the Hill a long time and tried other pharmacies. Settled on Morton. I rely on their expert, personal, caring service. Not a big retail shop, although I do refill some over-the-counter supplies there. But the pharmacy is responsive, friendly, and convenient (8th Street buses, neighborhood parking).

The pharmacist at Morton’s has been so helpful and kind- service I’ve never gotten at a bigger/ chain pharmacy. They make sure my medication is in stock and worked with me on figuring out coupons and insurance. Overall a really supportive. Only bummer is that the card reader didn’t take FSA because the card isn’t chip/ manual entry didn’t work when we tried it.

I was tired of the big name chain pharmacies and am so glad I switched to a small independent one. Morton’s is a true neighborhood pharmacy, with friendly staff that will go out of their way to help. A true gem.

My wife and I got the flu and Covid bivalent vaccine at Morton yesterday. The pharmacist was nice and the process was quick. We called ahead to make sure we came at a good time.
