Bad costumer service, wait for 10 minutes for the teller to finish her personal phone call during working hours after that she called my company to “verify” the check and after an hour of waiting for her she was ready to count the money she told me that I need to pay a fee since I’m not a m&t customer and I responded that I didn’t know about that fee, and she told me with an attitude well everyone knows that and I told her I didn’t know and she should tell me that before she asked me many questions and “ verifying “ the check. And told her that I’m not a banker and how I would know that if she never mention that before!! Anyways I felt that she was profiling me since I don’t look like a banker or a “ professional “ with suit and tie that went to a bank. I guess Spanish people are not allowed to a cash a check in this branch when they have a teller like that

This branch employees are extremely unprofessional the manager and assistant manager are extremly rude. They women act like you are bothering for even asking a question like she is not getting paid to do her job she is extremely rude and unprofessional they way she talks to people is horrible. And the manager just sits there and does nothing cant even get up and greet customers ridicules i highly do not recomend this branch

Came to use the ATM outside at 8:20 PM today and the machine was completely frozen and not responsive. Do your customers not pay you enough that you cannot maintain your ATM machines? Do you know how much of an inconvenience it is to drive across D.C. at 8:30 PM in the freezing cold to find another M&T ATM ? Shame on this bank.

I went to this bank 5630 Connecticut Ave NW, Washington, DC 20015 I want to complain about the manager he was unfriendly and bad customer service highly recommend not going to this Branch

I visited the Chevy Chase Circle Branch and unfortunately I met the most racist Muslim person which is the Assistant Branch Manager Tayyaba ALeemuddin she was very mean racist and rude , she refuse to let me withdrew money from my checking account because she is not comfortable .??? that's what she say???

This has a parking lot! Big deal for banks around the DC area. Highly recommend this one.
