I haven’t even had my first exam yet and the receptionist was extremely rude on the phone with me a few moments ago. I called to ask very simple questions and her tone and volume sucked. Practically yelling at me. I hope I don’t have to deal with that Friday.

I went in for an annual exam, and the Dr. I saw casually mentioned that there was a new contact lens model she thought I would like and wanted me to try them out. I said ok, tried a pair on and walked around the office to see if I liked them or not. The whole thing took about 3 minutes. I was then charged for a separate contact lens examination that I didn't ask for and didn't know I was receiving. It was not disclosed to me at any point that this was a separate examination I was going to be billed for if I did try on the new lenses. The lack of transparency was very off-putting, and the surprise bill even more so.

The team was super helpful and friendly during my annual eye appointment. I received a thorough exam and got all my questions answered. Highly recommend coming here for your optometry needs.
Update: While the staff is fairly efficient, they will push you to purchase glasses and contacts through them rather than elsewhere. Be mindful to shop around for the best possible deal if you are price conscious. They will also promise quick turnaround times for glasses (sometimes 1 day) but in reality the wait will be longer.

Called ahead to book an appointment and took time off from work to come. When I showed up at the scheduled time, the staff told me in a quite dismissive way that they didn't have any appointment scheduled for me, and that there was nothing they could do for me other than book another appointment for a future date. When I expressed my disbelief, they showed me a page that had all my personal information, address etc., but no appointments listed. The person I talked to on the phone clearly did take my information but must have just not actually booked the appointment. Wasted a bunch of time going here and definitely won't be coming back.

This was my first time getting glasses, and it was an amazing experience. Kendra helped me pick out frames, and not only was she super friendly, she also knew exactly what would look good on me. Would definitely recommend to anyone

Chimere was ABSOLUTELY amazing! I had no intention of buying glasses, not knowing how great my insurance is. She was patient and understanding to MY needs and I suffer with extreme anxiety. I would've never stayed except for Chimere and her kindness.

Kendra was absolutely fabulous to deal with, she could not have made the process easier to order new frames and lenses and found me the best available deal. Would highly recommended this location! 20 times better than trying to deal with Metropolital Optical, who have provided a nightmare customer experience.
