I had to deal with an absolutely unprofessional staff/assistant. I sincerely hope I was just unlucky and caught her on a bad day. Nobody should be treated that way!

Really not one to leave reviews or complain about customer service -- I recognize that it's a hard job -- but I'm definitely not coming back here. I went in for my yearly eye exam with the intention of updating my prescription for a pair of new glasses. My experience with the doctor herself was good (hence the extra star), but I felt harassed by the staff member who checked me out when I told her I wasn't going to buy frames there. She was sarcastic, rude, and somehow both passive aggressive and regular aggressive at the same time?? Either this company needs to pay its people better (kind of wondering if this staff member's livelihood depends on people buying frames) or tell its staff to chill out. This was really not the way I wanted to start my day for a routine eye exam. It was so uncomfortable.On top of that, the technician couldn't be bothered to explain to me any of the exams she was giving me, and when I asked, I got one-word answers barely above a mumble. Everyone here genuinely seems like they could not care less.

Fantastic costumer service! Dorion was there helpful in helping us choose my frames, and for the Dr. Ibrahim was very funny with great costumer service.

Great customer service and highly competent staff. I seriously struggled with putting in contacts for so long, and Kendra was patient, encouraging, and knowledgeable! Now I feel confident and am wearing my contacts more frequently, improving my vision and quality of life.

Scammers - they do not reveal anywhere that a contacts fitting is part of the routine exam and charge you an extra amount on the order of more than a hundred dollars.They also claim to have no record of the actual form filled out for the online appointment, so it is not possible to check what one signed up for. There is also no price transparency or discussion of what the costs will be.Moreover, the staff acknowledged that it could be construed as a scam because information regarding charges is not available when scheduling the appointment, even though insurance coverage is verified at the time of booking the online appointment.I would like a refund - if anyone else has had success in pursuing this, let me know how you have done so.

I love my eye doctor but my most recent experience with them isn’t the best. I understand that there are delays when it comes to prescription lenses being delivered to the stores but nothing was said to me. I had to keep calling to find out when I’ll receive my lenses since it passed the delivery date but I was told it’ll be next week every time I called, then they told me it will be delayed (it’s basically been a month). Don’t get me wrong, I’ll still be a member but I wish their communication was better. At least an email saying your prescription will be delayed or something instead of me having to constantly call or to find out from my account. I don’t know if it’s just me feeling this way but I do enjoy their service.

This location uses *incredibly aggressive* sales tactics to force you to purchase contact lenses from them, and them alone. If you refuse to order with them (and give them their commission), they will continue to pressure and make you uncomfortable until you give in. The salesperson asked my girlfriend to purchase contacts no fewer than six times. She continued to say no, but they charged her credit card and her insurance for them anyway, without her authorization.I would appreciate if someone from MyEyeDr corporate could reach out to me to further discuss this issue.

Good service but expensive. Even with eye med insurance you have to pay 140$ from your pocket for contact lenses and eye exam . Health Insurance companies are scheme . They justify charge by saying cosmetic .

I had an appointment with Dr. Ibrahim a couple of months ago and let me tell you, it's an experience you'll never forget. Both he and his staff make you feel so comfortable. The man also has a great sense of humor! What I loved was that there were no blurry guessing games – just clear answers and a personalized plan to get my vision back on track. I highly recommend going to him, you'll be seeing 20/20 in no time.
