I had terrible and horrible experience today. They broke my Chanel sunglasses (for a small adjustment) without actually warning me for the risk before making an adjustment. I told him to adjust very little however I saw this guy pushing quite hard - It was done by Freddie.Will definitely don’t want to come back.

I haven’t been at the L Street NW store in years. I was greeted very pleasantly, and I received excellent customer service! Dr. Miller is great as always! And the older sales lady who is African American is amazing!!

MyEyDr continues to deliver bad customer service. After spending hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars over the last few years on contacts, when I run out and need a few trial pairs before my boxes of contacts arrive (with a valid prescription from them) they refuse because I "didn't buy a years worth of contacts". Horrible, horrible customer service when I'm just asking them to help me out for a few days so I can see. Will not be continuing business with this company.

I’m very disappointed with my eye doctor they had my glasses for a month now and no communication with me about what’s going on I talk to the manager and she said she would get back with me and didn’t ?

The eye review portion was good. And i likes the doctor. I have a real problem with the way the salesman essentially force you to buy from them. The pricing they have on the frames and contact lenses are ridiculous. They say they price match and will get you the best price. I don’t think that is true. Just do you own research and purchase them from a third party site. Not to mention they messed up my order anyway. I will be going elsewhere in the future for my glasses and contact needs.

I must say…my experience has/was and went well. I came in to get my glasses adjusted, tightening up. During the chit chat conversation the tech cracked my frame…He shared to me a local glass repairman and didn’t say much…..to show sincere grace for the customer. While he shared the mishap on his behalf to the manager, she blamed the mishap on me…she really didn’t “hear” the mishap with the companies team member…so I came the next week to walk and discuss the matter and she blamed the cracked frame on me…(Why should I bring cracked frames to be tighten up)The repair company rates were a tad high and I asked the manager at Myeye Dr’s if they would reimburse the cost if I pay for it because the crack frame wasn’t my mistake…she said No….so we came to the conclusion that the offered is to have the company pay or reduce half off of my frame, and they will take care of the remaining expense…so I came back to drop off my glasses and my eye Dr history….the conversation wasn’t warm…and they gave me a deadline by the 31st of October….it took about 7 days, but the contacted the insurance and I didn’t have to pull any money out of my pocket, and I’m pleased at this time….

Myeyedr on L Street did billing to my insurance incorrectly and overcharged me by $130. When I called Myeyedr about it, the call dropped just after I explained their mistake. I called back, and they gave me an email address, which I emailed. I never got an acknowledgement from my initial email. I followed up by email and never got a response. When I called to follow up, the call again dropped just after I explained their mistake. When I called again and finally got to someone, they had no idea how to help me. I will not go back to them and am sharing this experience as a warning to others.

Terrific experience with Dr. Miller. He has incredible expertise with contact lenses for older patients that need correction for both distance and reading. The lenses he prescribed dramatically improved my vision for reading and distance, so I no longer need reading glasses. He explained everything very clearly and carefully confirmed how everything was working for me. Everyone at this location was helpful and delightful to work with. Highly recommend Dr. Miller and MyEyeDr.

Really bad, no one knows what the hell they are doing, prescriptions come back wrong every time, they even put my prescription in backwards. 4 years in a row never got it right. Manager should be fired.

We visited a North Carolina location. Upon arrival the receptionist was on the phone with another client. Several (7) staff members were in a room adjacent to the receptionist, having a great time and enjoying cupcakes and avoiding eye contact as well as greeting us and assisting the receptionist manage her work load. Bottom line, its a racket ... they set up tele conference calls so that you can have multiple appointments in order for the do constantly bill your insurance. The staff at the location we were really great at avoiding eye contact and being genuinely helpful to one another. They enjoyed cupcakes and chit chat will avoiding clients. I left without scheduling the recommended appts. was able to see a local physician the next day and within an hour we had a great appt and new glasses and NO issues.

Amazing eye doctor. Dr. Miller is thorough, thoughtful, and creative. The staff is incredible. Every single person helped me and I came away with fantastic new frames and contacts. Highly recommend.

Cancelled my appointment without warning because their system failed to register my confirmation that I would attend. I even received a text the day before confirming the appointment time and date. I only found out my appointment was cancelled an hour beforehand when they called to reschedule, and after I had rearranged my plans that day to accomodate the appointment time. Strongly recommend everyone go somewhere else that will treat your time with more respect.

Incredibly rude staff. I called asking about the possibility of Dr.Miller seeing my 3 year old for some concerns we have with his vision and some other eyes issues- I think I lost count of the number of times the TWO office employees scoffed at me and made me feel stupid for my concerns. I can’t believe this place was referred to me.
