Inadequate medical care/services. Doctor did not do a good job measuring prescription and was frustrating to work with when relaying my concerns with the measurement he provided. They also charge you if you wish to ship to home even though every other contact delivery site is free and cheaper for the actual lenses. The fact that they lock the door between every visitor is just a cherry on top, extremely uninviting office experience that I would never return to.

I got three items from this place: contact lenses, glasses and sunglasses and received the contacts with no problem. People here are great and very helpful. However, their shipping process can't be worse. Ordered my sunglasses and they came scratched, not once, but twice. They were kind enough to request another one each time and I finally got one with no scratches on its screen. Getting the third item, the prescription glasses, was another painful process where it was shipped another address and I waited almost two months for it to arrive.

Dr. Neagle is great. Customer service used to be good, but now they have a policy that if you confirm by text and not by phone they will give away your appointment and not tell you, even when you show up. The confirmation text I received the night before said my appointment was at 9:45, but only after waiting half an hour and inquiring was I told actually, they had moved my appointment. There are plenty of eye doctors out there so I will find one that respects customers and their time.

My favorite place so far. For my last doctors appointment, the doctor was GREAT and actually asked me detailed questions about my eye health. However, Eric is probably my favorite employee that ALWAYS makes me feel like I’m getting intentional care. He is ESSENTIAL to this business. Thanks for everything.

I had a good experience here once but not at all recently; watch out, they’ll auction your scheduled appointment off if you don’t confirm it over the phone (even if you confirm it over text it doesn’t actually confirm it). This place used to be my go-to because of the convenience but the confirmation policy and the lack of transparency around pricing for exam services is unprofessional.

Awesome experience as always. Dr. Neagle always delivers. I have been his patient for years and wouldn’t have it any other way. Eyewear Consultant Jac’con was absolutely the best and was so helpful with finding the frames that worked best for me. Highly recommend this location. They have me for life.

Honestly, an amazing team here. The doctor is super helpful and quick, and the sales team makes my day everytime. Big shout out to Jac'con from my last visit - going the extra mile to fix up my old glasses while helping me find new ones.

Dr. Neagle is great and I highly recommend him! After my appointment I was forced to sit down with a sales associate who pressured me into buying overpriced contact lenses and glasses that I neither wanted or needed. I would prefer if they didn’t make me do that.

Dr. Ali and Jac’con as well as the young lady at the front desk were all warm and welcoming. I had a great experience from initial phone call to the end of the experience. Don’t change a thing! :)

My visit was extremely smooth and I was in and out in 45 mins. I went on a Friday morning and everyone from the front desk to my eye wear consultant , to Dr. Guo were amazing! But I have to give extra credit to Jac’con my eye wear consultant, he was awesome and really went above and beyond to make sure I not only liked and looked good in my glasses but also he went into detail on how to mail my glasses. I can’t recommend this location enough. Everyone was amazing.
