I’m always impressed by the cleanliness and professionalism of this salon. The staff are friendly and do amazing work. My nails always last for weeks without chipping. It’s truly the best nail salon I’ve found.

Not sure what kind of business they’re running. I called for price for chin wax she tell me she will think about it. I get there she tell me $30. Baby I have two specs that I prefer to get waxed then plucked. She told me to come back next week. I say tomorrow I come back she say no the week after that. This was the ruse lady at first desk to right. I tell her I write review on google then she tried to speak nice. Nope bye I gave multiple chances to be nice. Do not go to this shop. The one next door is better and they love servicing black peoole. Also be sure to tip the people next door since they’re much nicer.

I always feel so pampered when I visit this salon. The staff takes great care of me and my nails. The atmosphere is cozy and clean. It’s my favorite nail salon.

I’ve been visiting Nail Etc since 1994. The current owner, Stephanie, has taken care of my nails for a few years now. I can show Stephanie a picture of any nail design and she’ll recreate it spot on. I’ve also asked her to freestyle without any design in mind and Stephanie has always exceeded my expectations.

I've been seeing Mimi at Nail Etc. for almost three years now, and I truly can't recommend her enough! She consistently does an amazing job—my nails always look perfect and last so well. Mimi is incredibly detail-oriented, professional, and kind. She always goes out of her way to make sure I’m comfortable and taken care of, and I really appreciate the personal attention she gives each appointment. Im a regular and i never thought I would be leaving a one star review! I came in asking them to give me a new full set from the last time they did them because they were LIFTING!!! They told me no after arguing that it was fine! I came back in about five days later to get a nail put back on because surprise it was LIFTING and then they tried to convince me that the nail color i chose was another one when I knew specifically it was wrong! They battle you on your decisions when your the one paying! Now they have lost me as a customer absolutely will not be returning !

Took a break from them bc my gel manicures NEVER lasted. Paint chipped, nails cracked. I found another to do my mani. Gel pedicure lasted for almost 1mth. Unfortunately, the wait time is unbelievable! Walk ins wait for 30+ min. I’ve seen so many women (money) walk out of the door due to poor staffing. Myself included. They sit people in the pedi chair and have them WAIT. I’m leaving and never returning. Will also let people know to not come here.

I went in for a BASIC gel manicure and pedicure. Tracy is a kind lady, but she does NOT know how to polish, which is ironic for her working at a nail salon. The polish was lumpy, and in my cuticles, it looked like a small child had painted my nails. They had the nerve to charge $80. She also did FOUR coats of polish, which is unheard of. When I showed the manager, they offered to do ONE more coat. I had to leave, but I came back the next day for a chipped nail. I told her to take all of it off and give me a natural polish color. She asked for $15, I said NO. I will NEVER return. Even the polish I have on now is in my cuticles smh.

Stephanie is my girl!! She does an amazing job. Stephanie always makes sure that my nails come out looking good & exactly how I want them. 10/10 I highly recommend.
