This was my first time at National Archives Store. My toddler and I found so many awesome gifts to bring back home. Staff were extremely helpful, kind and knowledgeable. Top quality items! Very well organized. I experience wonderful customer service. Highly recommend shopping here on your DC trip.

We tried to enter the gift shop where we were told we needed a chaperone to enter even though multiple people in the group were adults. The people were very disrespectful to us and were not welcoming us.

I bought a statue of the president Ronald Reagan, and I wasn't sure if it would arrive on time. So I messaged them and Sven Walther contacted me and sent it to me in the same day, it arrived on time and the statue is beautiful. Thank you!

Very cool gift shop, but they seem to be aggravated at customers especially children. My friend got kicked out because he was in there and his friend was buying him something but he himself wasn't making the purchase... very rude staff that seems to be miserable.

My 13 year old went to this gift shop on Tuesday afternoon with a group of students who are visiting for the week. She likes to get snow globes from the different places we visit. While looking at snow globes to see which one she wanted, a male staff member took the snow globe from her and said she can’t touch it unless she was going to buy it. She said okay and walked away because she felt like the employee was annoyed with her. She is a very sweet, non-confrontational child and did not want to say/do anything to further aggravate the employee.That was horrible customer service especially since she was considering which one she wanted to purchase. At the very least, he could have asked her if she needed help and not just assume she wasn’t going to purchase anything. Hopefully this employee’s bad attitude can be addressed by the managers because his actions were not okay.
