Allen Nordstrom rack without it out there is no way you can go in there and not buy something great variety great prices very organized. Staff is OK. They’re not the nicest but they’re not rude. There’s no one on the floor to help you but, as mentioned above, you’ll walk out with something.

This is not for real fashion girls!!! It’s like they only have clothes in stock for people that live there! It doesn’t make sense to only focus on simply that zip code! Anyone above them on the map wouldn’t dare.

I placed an order online and I requested a pick up in store cashier ask me would I like to see my order she open the box it's was black marks on my son brand new shoes I ordered his shoes for an banquet so it was last minute cashier at the store offer to check other store but I was pressing for time I needed the shoes right then and there customers chat wasn't a success they didn't offer me anything but an apology I also talk with someone on the phone also she was nice it's just if you ordered something it she be clean and brand new

I came to this location looking for a blazer and flats and received some of the best customer service from Ms.Moet after a rude encounter with another employee at the store. Thank you Ms.Moet for making my experience there flawless and leaving a lasting impression on me as well.

There is lots of inventory, but it is complete chaos inside!
Nothing is organized well. Racks are packed tight, and nothing is in the correct sizing order. Most items were not great picks. There was one part in the women's section that was organized, but at the time that I went, it was all office basics that were cheaply made and looked like you could have gotten them off of SHEIN.
This was only during my most recent visit to this location. I've been here before, and it was a far cry from the disaster I witnessed on my most recent shopping trip. I don't know what happened between then and the other times I have shopped at this location in the past, but whatever it was, hopefully, it gets sorted out soon.

This location had tons of options and was very busy but if you know what you need then you’re good to go. The only thing I couldn’t find was makeup. They had a beauty section but it did not include makeup.

I normally choose this Nordstrom rack when I’m in a rush or if I have a professional event to attend. I don’t feel like this Nordstrom rack has much evening wear as I would like or sexy date wear. I think they do at some points but not normally in the moment that I need it. So I go to a further Nordstrom rack to get eveningwear or sexy date wear. However, if you need some hot business, professional clothing, this Nordstrom Rack is great they also have a large selection of size 7 1/2 shoes which is also why this is on my list to go to.
