First of all this is a real review. Like other reviewers I was sent here by GEICO, I not only have no affiliation with this place but before this I had never made a car insurance claim or gotten major bodywork done on a car at all. Bottom line, the place did the job they promised, quality is fine, and they did it in only one business day longer than promised, which beat my expectations for this kind of work.I don't write reviews often but I feel like this is the kind of business that tends to draw out the haters (hence their low average) so I feel like I need to balance that. Or maybe they are actually improving, in which case they deserve a chance too. So I will give some details:I picked this place without looking at Yelp reviews, because it was the place with the first available appointment (several days earlier than others) in the GEICO claim app. When I finally saw these reviews midway through the repair process, I was horrified and frightened! But all is OK in the end.This job was to repair my Nissan Leaf EV hatchback after hitting a deer on the highway. At least seven different body panels (hood, both bumpers, entire right side) were replaced or repaired, and I can't tell the difference between those they replaced and those they just repaired. They also replaced all the lights and plastic trim parts at the front right corner. To me they look good as new. The cost was $7400, is that reasonable? Who knows, I only paid the deductible.Yes, the other reviews have a point, this place says low rent all over it, from what it looks like. They took 3-1/2 weeks to do the job, but I wouldn't expect much better. It was a ton of work and parts to order and wait for, and this is a big, busy place. Yes the parking here is inconvenient. Yes the people are busy, all business and not super friendly. Yes their online tracking system said it would be done on Friday at 6pm, and it wasn't. But it was done the following Monday at 10 AM, and honestly if I had called them on the Thursday or Friday before to ask about it, who knows maybe they would have actually gotten it done on time.Nobody wants to get major car repair done after an accident-- this isn't a happy time. But I can't say I'm disappointed with this place. What do you want-- they fixed the car, basically when they said they would!

Please I hope you read this and do not take your car to this shop. Had the most horrible experience here and I dropped my car off here in September and it’s November and I’m still dealing with their incompetence. I was in accident in DC and I’m not from the area so I went with this shop since it is a geico partner. When I dropped my car off I informed the shop that I would be out of the country for a few weeks if they could complete the repairs before I left but if not they would store my car until I returned. They were a week late on completing the repairs and continuously called me even though I was out of the country to pick up the car. I asked my parents to pick up the car so they took time off from work and took a train down to dc just to bring the car back. Unfortunately they didn’t take pictures of the car upon pick up but the car was given to them still damaged. For a very noticeable damage of the passenger door not opening they waited 2 hours in the shop for the repairs to be completed though the car was supposed to be ready for pick up. Once I got back to the country I noticed other scratches and damage to my vehicle which the shop is not claiming responsibility for. This whole experience has made me decide not continue my business with geico for partnering with such a horrible business and I may have to pursue legal action against this shop as well.

Please DO NOT EVER take your car here. I would give negative stars if I could. I received an estimate from them saying repairs would take 3 days over a minor dent/scratch on my front left bumper. They did not even have to replace the entire front bumper. I dropped my car off Oct 9th at 10am and they had my car for 3 weeks. I have spent hundreds on Ubers because they told me it would take 3 days originally. When I finally got my car back, they had stolen my rear license plate off my car- they took the time to manually remove the 4 bolts and take off my physical license plate. Since the damages were on the front of my car, there was no reason they should have even been touching the back of my car. In addition, they had gone through my things in my car. After leaving a message for the manager, I have yet to even hear back from him. Please take your car anywhere else.

Don’t know where to start with this hot mess. I dropped my car off to get repairs one of the other customers in the shop hit my car and left I tried to get the information from the shop and they wouldn’t help even tho my car was in they possession at the time of the incident.I had to call the police just to get what I needed.they are not stand up people I wouldn’t waste my time or money thereServices: Steering & suspension repair

I dropped off my car 6/28/23 with a 1/4 tank of gas. Got it back 8/2/23 on Empty. It took them 34bdays to fix my car which is unacceptable. Poor customer service they don't care.Someone broke into my car while it was on their lot.This company is just a bad company and I wouldn't recommend them to my dog. Oh they couldn't explain me how 30 extra miles got on my car

I had some belongings in my car because I had to return the rental car and my stuff was not there though I gave my keys to the receptionist and now it missing and then the manager told me that they were not responsible while having possession of my car. Don't deal with establishment, can't be trusted.Service: Painting

If I could give it 0 stars, I would!! They are a big rip-off!! Smh!! I'm a senior citizen and a veteran, and they should be shamed of themselves? I had 5 estimates, including one from this place. Four places all agreed that the door(accident) needs replacing, cost, approximately $1000. However, this swindling place said they would fix it for approximately $3000!! Duh! I might have gone to public school but any dummy would pick the new over a patched job? So, I told them not to do the work and I will be there first thing in the morning to pick it up! That's another story, THEY HAD TAKEN MY CAR APART? JUST DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR THERE!! They are liars and thieves!! Why GEICO deals with them is beyond me!

I don't recommend this auto body shop to no one they have poor color matching on cars there mechanics aren't qualified for the job my car was worked on 2 years ago I've gone back twice my mechanical problems never hot fixed and when they partially fixed my paint problem they refused to paint the whole area they originally fixed very bad service!Services: Auto body & trim repair
