Wonderful experience with Krassimir Todorov, passionate about helping me feel better and very in-tune to my challenges, he is also very knowledgeable and always shares along the way during the sessions what we are doing and the why.

I highly recommend seeing Krassimir Todorov for any issue you're having. He has treated me for herniated discs in my neck as well as helped me get back to full strength after a full knee reconstruction. I have seen many PTs over the years and he is hands down the best I've ever been around. He is incredibly knowledgable and passionate about what he does. But he's also friendly and cares about his patients.

Dr. Song is super experienced and kind. I've been suffering sciatic pain recently She thoughtfully tailor exercise that I need to do. She guided me clearly during the whole process, correct me when my poses were not right. She also did magical work in messaging my problematic area which was super helpful. I feel that I'm getting better and better after each visit.

I’ve been going to NovaCare for a knee pb. I was happy to get a 1st appointment quickly. I have to say I really enjoy going to my PT appointments! My therapist Tavia is amazing, I feel heard, respected, in very good hands and I’m progressing :) Everyone in the staff is friendly. It’s a great place, great people, great care.

Attempted to see a rehab specialist here, but the front office staff made the simple process of verifying my insurance so onerous, I decided to seek help elsewhere. If it's literally your job to call the insurance company and await a response regarding the patient's claim or even simply stay on the phone long enough to tell you're communicating with a subsidiary of the main insurance company, rather than having been given the wrong number, I can't trust your office to treat my spinal injuries. Very happy with my current rehab facility that is more interested in serving patients than gatekeeping and making excuses.

NovaCare has been amazing, and Dr. Erin Longhurst is fantastic. She is very kind and knowledgeable, and I feel comfortable, heard, and respected with her. She's made a huge difference in combatting what had been persistent pain. Everyone on staff is friendly and welcoming, and they make it easy to schedule appointments (once you get an initial consult, which did take a while) and follow up with your therapist. Great place, great people, great care.

Recieving PT at NovaCare has been a great experience. My therapist, Nick, is very knowledgeable and professional, and knows how to convey both, in a comforting yet no-nonsense manner. His listening skill and emotional intelligence are a key difference-maker, as he detects how PT will best blend into the rest of my life and activities. Uchenna is another staff member who, as the first and last person I interact with on every visit, exhibits a tone of voice and demeanor that ensures that each visit will start and end on a positive note.

Very grateful to Tavia for rehabilitating my shoulder after it was dislocated. With care, skill, and experience, she devised a program that first brought back range of motion, and then brought my shoulder back to full strength, adjusting to my progress along the way. I am very happy with my PT. I came with pain in my lower back to my neck and received the best service. The PT sessions and home exercises have been very effective. My DPT is always in reach. The whole team is welcoming and cares for patients.
