So unfriendly! I went in after purchasing items from some of their neighbor shops, and was excited to find something else unique here. When I walked in, the lady working (Oct 11th early afternoon) looked up, didn’t smile or greet me, then proceeded to ignore me while I looked around. The experience was so cold, unpleasant and uncomfortable that I left without even checking out the whole shop. I will not be returning, especially when there are much better (and friendlier) stores several feet away.
Response to their comment: thanks for the apology. Stuff happens but it wasn’t busy (only one other person in the store looking around on their own) and it didn’t seem that you were wrapping anything, but rather just working on the computer. I understand managing different things but basic customer service is that someone in front of you comes first, especially when you did look up but then just ignored me without so much as a quick smile or hello. I wasn’t expecting or wanting a full blown conversation, but rather just expected to not be completely ignored. Hopefully this feedback helps your shop to create a warmer/friendlier shopping experience for others in the future. All the best.

I keep returning to this whimsical and fun place! Oliver and Moky make a perfect pair that complements each other. The things sold here are unique and carefully curated. All objects are beautiful, useful and become the center of attention at a home. Prices are reasonable.And, Moky is a pleasure to interact with. I adore this place!!!
