The food was not fresh. The portions are very small for the price and the presentation was sloppy......I feel as though because that restaurant Is located in an Urban area they are not worried about the service that black people are receiving . And yes they are Hispanics.

As a fast-casual Chinese food option, the Panda Express on Market St NE in D.C. gets the job done, but doesn't necessarily stand out among the many other similar restaurants in the area. The menu offers the standard array of Panda Express staples - things like orange chicken, Beijing beef, chow mein, and fried rice. The food is prepared quickly and efficiently, making it a convenient option for a quick lunch or dinner. The flavors are decent, though not necessarily the most authentic or nuanced Chinese cuisine. What the Panda Express location has going for it is the convenient location, right off of the NoMa-Gallaudet U metro station. This makes it an easy stop for commuters or those passing through the neighborhood. The dining area is also fairly spacious and clean, providing a comfortable place to sit and eat. However, the Panda Express experience here is fairly generic and uninspired. The decor is basic and lacks any real character or ambiance. The staff, while polite, don't go above and beyond in terms of customer service. And frankly, the food is just about on par with what you'd find at any other Panda Express location.Overall, if you're craving some quick, affordable Chinese-American fare and are in the Market St NE area, the Panda Express could work as a reliable, if unremarkable option. But there are certainly more flavorful and unique Chinese food destinations elsewhere in the District. This Panda Express location is ultimately a solid, middle-of-the-road choice - nothing exceptional, but it gets the job done.

Parking: In front of the restaurant there are a lot of spots on where you can park that's free for everyone and it's normally not that busy. Since there are many restaurants around, there's a lot of parking and you can find a spot pretty easily. (Mostly busy on Sundays)

This place location is very busy. So getting something wrong or having these humans make mistakes, I understand it's a busy place. Connor, make sure everything is taken care of and even walks around and make sure that the customers that are dining in are also taken care of with any needs. I had to wait some time for my lo mein but he made sure I got it. This other woman had an issue with her food but he himself personally made sure that whatever was wrong with her order that he made sure that it was okay and made it right. Conner's great at this place

The guy at the front was great but the cooks were barely doing anything. They were trying to close over an hour before they actually do. They were out of literally everything. Only chow mein, rice and orange chicken...they had so many people waiting for items. Disappointing. We didn't even get our crab rangoons or spring rolls...

Arrived between 7-8pm and two of the entrees that I ordered I had to wait for. So much food on the line wasn't ready. Kung pow chicken was mostly peanuts. Chicken and mushrooms were ok. The staff was very friendly but the portions were small at least mine was compared to what I saw going out the door. Very inconsistent. You would think they would be generous since I had to wait for my food. My double side of vegetables seemed like only half. Big problem. I'll have to stop going.

Very basic, nothing special, nothing really wrong. Clean, restrooms, quiet, not usually crowded. Eat-in/Take-out, booth-seating, plus high-top table and bar-stool seating. Foods good sometimes but don't know if I would recommend it. Not bad but not all that good. Average mostly!Parking: Shopping Center lot parkingKid-friendliness: If kids are in to Asian-style foods

The service was great and the restaurant was clean and great calm atmosphere. Honey walnut and chili shrimp were my selections as well as chow mein and rice.

Rude disrespectful service! Unclean sitting area. I don't recommend this location at all. This is my first and only time at this restaurant chain.

The service is not that bad in the day but in the night the staff is not always friendly I just don't understand how I was there Sunday night and there was almost no food and they refused to make more and it wasn't even closing time yet sundays they close at 9!! It was only 8:19 ! And this happens everyday if your not there at least an an hour before closing your stuck with eating the left overs nobody else wants

The teriyaki chicken could've been cooked a little longer. Customer service was excellent, there was no wait, and it was clean. Thank

Stopped in to get husband something to eat. He wanted the 2 entrée plate, orange chicken walnut shrimp half rice half chow mein. The lady on gave a half of spoon of each entrée. When asked for more she only offered us a small entrée for extra $5.40. She was still stingy. I already had bad taste because of previous experiences but this was the cherry on top.
