This patagonia store has always taken care of me! Returns and were very knowledgeable of products for hiking. A plus is that they allow dogs in the store!

The staff here went above and beyond to help me find what I needed during my stay this past January. I have a special connection to this store, as it was the first Patagonia location I ever visited 10 years ago while living in the area. I had the chance to visit their old location back then and now their new one, appreciating the history and evolution of the store. The transparency behind their products, showcased throughout the space, made the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend stopping by!

Wonderful staff - came in with damage to my down jacket after a fall, and they helped repair it with a sample kit free of charge. Will be back many times thanks to their kindness and top tier service. Highly recommended.

I had an odd experience at Patagonia with an employee named Miranda. She greeted me with a handshake, which felt weird and unnecessary. It made me uncomfortable and left a bad impression.

I've never had a good shopping experience in retail store, but this Patagonia take such good care of their customers. They are helpful, patient, and actually love and know their products. Everyone I met there is super nice. They helped with my jacket repair even though I bought it online. This is just a great store and I'll definitely come back.

The man working at the front door was unbelievably kind! He greeted me walking in and walking out! He also held the door for me and my friend on the way out. It made the experiencing of going into the store much better :)

just a heads up patagonia charges for returns. so if you ordered a small and they send an xxl you owe them 6 bucks. clever business move! chargebacks are nice too.
