Base access only. Basic power accessibility and the local trash bins might be taken care of depending on the day. The on site grills are guaranteed to be overflowing with old coals that no one wants to be responsible for.

The weather was perfect as i watched the planes take off and another land. I read my book, listened to waves...spoke passers-bys periodically.

I'm not sure if this is because of covid or I'm just new here, but tried to go to Pavilion 8 this morning and found out that it's on a base and not open to civilians... so just a heads up to anyone who saw this on Google maps as a public park and wanted to take the drive out there- you will not be allowed access to it.
