What a P.O.S. Company! Been with this company for 8 years, never spoke to a human, never missed a payment and never filed a claim. After them making $50,000.00 from our company, they canceled our Workers Comp. "We don't appeal to their appetite" was the exact words they used. Their appetite was strong getting that $50,000.00! If you use this company after reading these reviews, your going to get what you deserve.

If I could give zero, I would. Company canceled my business comp policy even though I had zero claims. Then 2 months after my policy term was over they audited me. I didn't comply and they assessed a few extra thousand because they could. To make matters worse they pulled the money out of my account without my permission. I was on auto pay while the policy was in effect but has been out of term more than 6 months ago.. on top of that afte receiveing the bill last week i let them know that they waayy over charged me and i was well under my original coverage and id have my account send out the information needed but would need a few weeks to comply. Well 1 week they stole the money from my account! I will be filing a complaint with my states attorney General. reci

Could never get my agent on the phone to adjust or change my policy. He would tell me he would call me and then never call me back. I told him to cancel my policy effective June 5th because he wasn’t getting back to me or communicating and then he just cancels my policy effective May 10th so now I’m left without coverage for my workers. I had to give everyone off this week so I could figure out a new policy so my workers are protected. Terrible service but great prices. You have to pick your poison.
