Every time I go to this branch, I am greeted with the most courteous and respectful employees, and the branch manager opened me up to so many more possibilities with my account that i didn’t even know. Definitely an A+ Branch!!

Barbara is the best thing about this branch. Walked in out of the blue and she helped with everything. Highly recommend this branch. Parking is in the back also

Bank staff are excellent, corporate policies and support are terrible. As a result, I cannot recommend PNC Bank. When my Mother passed away in July 2023, she had several accounts at PNC and we provided a Death Certificate immediately to her local branch. All regular accounts had each of the heirs listed as co-owners, and so claiming those accounts was very easy. However, Mom also had an IRA at PNC ("managed" by PNC Retirement Operations in Pittsburgh), with both heirs listed as beneficiaries. Over 7 months later, the heirs are still waiting on their inheritance from this account with PNC Corporate staff using one excuse after another ("never received" Death Certificate, need additional information and paperwork again and again, lack of staff, etc etc etc). The local PNC branch has tried to be helpful, but so far PNC has failed completely in getting Corporate Headquarters to act. I must add that all involved Federal and State government offices, and insurance companies were far more efficient and helpful than PNC. Think twice before putting your IRA here!

I gave this bank a bad review the other day because it was so frustrating trying to wire money from them to my local bank. But, after trying it 4 times, with their help, we finally got it to go. And, then I found out I had screwed up the routing number for where it was supposed to go. So, today, I called them back, and we were able to get it to go through to the correct bank this time, and it went through the first time. The ladies working in the wire transfer area are really nice and helpful, and patient. So, I give PNC high marks today.

I mostly use mobile or online banking for my transactions. However, I had to write a check to my title company, which was returned due to an irregular signature. I was told to visit the branch to resolve the issue, and the branch updated my signature after ID verification. But unfortunately, the check was returned twice more after that. This continued until the bank finally issued a cashier's check, but I lost out on a major transaction that ended up costing me thousands of dollars. Very unhappy customer.

The most incompetent bank ever. We are slowly moving all of our accounts out of pnc no tellers snymore in our location no deposits of cash either. We rolled over an IRA and told them multiple times its not a cash out but a roll over. They sent us a 1099 form showing we owe taxes on the withdrawal they marked itvwrong wevtold them over and over sounds like i need an attorney. Completely pathetic example of customer care. Screw pnc.

This is the worst bank of all times. No matter if you do all the work and provide proof of everything, all claims are denied with no reason. I have called more than 10 times about issues with my account and all I get is I don't work on that department, I am u sure of how that works, I can have someone call you back or I can give you the number. All the responses has equaled me losing out over $1500 from unauthorized transactions and over $400 in NSF fees. I feel this is not a bank but a scam company that finds ways to siphon money from people. I have only kept the account open this long because I am still trying to fight almost a year old transaction that PNC won't help with. Their customer service call center is full of I just clocked in for a check and not to do my job people. Hopefully this helps others not waste their time or money. Save yourself the trouble and find a real bank.

Did you know PNC will penalize you if you attempt to close your escrow account with them? I've spent over a month now trying to close my escrow and after jumping through all their hoops they decided to add a closing fee of $873 for me to close my escrow. Outrageous. They won't help their customers lower their mortgage payments by letting them handle their own Escrow. No other bank does this.

Friendly bankers. Very kind. Courteous. Professional. but I can’t say that about the tellers who shouldBe working at a White Castle and notABank. I never seen such attitude fromSuch bank tellers. But here in this dupont C location I do. A branch manager really need to see what is going on with these tellers in the mornings.

RE: Bill Pay through PNC I love the staff at PNC. Very friendly and helpful. However, I have used "Bill Pay" for the last time. I have a confirmation of payment, which was never received. I needed help, so I called my branch. Sadly, their hands are tied and I need to call the "Bill Pay" dept. I reach a man, who said he would forward me to the person that can assist me. As of now I have been on hold for 28 minutes and 17 seconds. I am a busy person and do not have time for this. IF I could simply cancel the payment, I would pay by another method, but that is impossible, without the "Bill Pay" departments assistance! I do not recommend using this service!

I have been trying to reach a live human on the phone for the last hour! It is a simple question and I find this irritating. Have been a customer of this bank for years via several buy outs from other banks. I really want to change to another bank. That is a pain but I am going to do so! I/We have 3 accounts at this bank and I am done!

PNC Bank has been the worst experience of banking I've ever had a I am ploy to anyone thinking about going to PNC to think twice. Their employees are very in uninformed protocol guidelines and missinform their patrons. Not just once or twice but three times and have no solution to the problems. I wish it wasn't true. I was hoping they were a good bank but it seems they're the one of the worst I've ever had. Good luck to you all.

Honestly, since the moment I had no choice to have them since they merged with BBVA Compass, they have been a complete nightmare. Sure, I could change banks but let's be honest, that's a pain in the butt! I was recently a victim of fraud and absolutely livid that PNC couldn't catch on that charges were made in AZ and then immediately in TX. BBVA would have and did when I was a victim of fraud with them. So I can PNC and was quickly told there is nothing I can do until it moves from pending to posted. I'm trying to avoid it posting because they weren't my charges. So I took it upon myself to call these retailers and two out of the 3 of them took the charges off. So 5 out of the 6 charges gone! Great! However, this last one has been pending for a week and still can't do anything. Oh and on top of that they charged me $7.50 for a card replacement as if I lost my card! So much for valuing their customers. This is pretty typical of big corporations and it's really sad. Get it together PNC!!!
