Just a wonderfull customer service. The banker franque took the time to listen to me, understand my concern and set me a plan to work on my credit score. Most of bankers just want to sell you stuff. That's not his case he listen to you, your concerns and give you solutions to solve them. I definitely recommend you PNC and franque.

Worst bank ever. I was in a transit, told the reception about my tight time to open an account. He said no problema, then a lady asked me to wait for 10 minutes for her colleague to assist me. Thirty minutes has gone, no one approached me. I asked a man at the counter about when would someone with me. He checked and said another 5 minutes. Until almost an hour, no one approached me. I finally walked out of this bank. They robbed an hour of my precious time. If they said no one was available at that time, I would appreciate it more, rather than asked customer to wait in uncertainty. I've explained my situation, they should be able to manage it by telling the situation of staff lacking, so that I could decide whether to wait or leave straight away before wasting my time. Poor management! Thanks God! Although I had lesser time after wasted my time at PNC, a nearby bank with much better management hosted me to open my account, and it was done considerably quick. Don't waste your time here, go to that other bank instead!

PNC is awful and Tsue Setchom Franque has been a nightmare to deal with. Had multiple fraudulent charges to my account and PNC had me come into branch multiple times and still refused to resolve. Told me to go back to branch! Tsue Setchom Franque was late to appointments and refuses to communicate. I had been customer for abt a decade. Camille Yount, Executive Client Relations Specialist for PNC is also unprofessional and inept. Take your money anywhere else.

Been a loyal customer for over 10 years but I’m changing my bank now due to immense disappointment in how they handle stopping duplicate payments and random one-time fees ?

For two straight days I’ve gone to this PNC branch with hopes of making a deposit. Only to be told “our SINGLE teller is out to lunch so you’ll have to come back.” WHAT?!?! Our teller is out to lunch so we cannot take your money. This is a failure on SO many levels. On any given day there are five-six people sitting in offices at this branch, yet they have ONE teller on staff. In the current business banking world, anyone that comes to your branch to deposit money, you should be tripping over yourself to take the money. Can you come back in 20 minutes, talk to the hand! If I could give ZERO stars I would’ve. Come on, man!!!!

Do not use or trust this bank. I have had my mortgage with them for four years, have perfect credit and never missed a payment. They contacted me out of the blue to invite me to do a refinancing. They charged me an appraisal fee, processed the paperwork, approved the loan, and then said they wouldn't do the refinancing because they could not agree on paperwork with my condo building. They are incompetent and corrupt. They have staff that have no idea what they're doing. Avoid this bank at all costs. I would never do another banking activity with them again after this and with an 850 score can go anywhere. The only reason I used them was based on the realtor's referral. They have a huge turn over rate on staff and are grossly incompetent.

Started a mortgage as a first-time buyer, received a lot of wrong/incomplete information and had to call and email multiple times for responses to simple questions. Absolutely no help through the process, and stress-causing lack of consistency in the information we were receiving. Very glad we switched lenders, I would recommend staying away.

I always have great customer service here! Today I was super upset because I had an overdraft fee even though I got a direct deposit that day and they took it off for me without giving me any trouble at all. It is definitely refreshing to have kindness like that for a change :)

I went there for a problem with my automatic bill pay - they walked me through it and told me it was fixed. The next month, the problem wasn't fixed. I went back and they gave me a "courtesy waiver" and confirmed again that it was fixed. The next month, the problem still wasn't fixed - so I called PNC. Absolutely useless. I'm switching banks.

I love PNC bank and I love this branch. I'm from Baltimore and visit DC often and when I do I come to this branch to do banking. I love PNC bank because their online transfers don't have any fees which is a plus, but anyway back to the branch. Anytime I ask any questions or need assistance everyone is more than willing to help with a smile on their face. The tellers are always happy and very genuine. I go to other banks (and maybe my branch in Baltimore) and often when I go to do a transaction they ask many questions. This branch doesn't question anything and helps you with whatever your needs may be.

MY POST WAS REMOVED BECAUSE I PUT THE NAMES OF THE EMPLOYEES THAT WERE THE WORST TO DEAL WITH. BEFORE you use them (if you actually want to use them), please please please reach out and make sure it was not one of the 5 people I had to deal with. These people range from the DC office to Corporate and they were all terrible and for that reason, I will never use PNC ever and hopefully you will never have to go thru what I did. WORST BANK EVER. Costed me hundreds because their lender couldn't get their act together for closing. Took it up to the execs and they came back with "sorry we can't give you additional any additional information because you're a third party. I sent them by HUD, but apparently they want a pint of blood too. Don't EVER use them for your mortgage. Their customer service is terrible. They don't respond to anything. They act like things are moving along when no one is touching it. It's easier for them to ignore customers rather than help. Never again do I ever want to deal with these individuals with no brain or respect. Such thieves. You're better off at a credit union.

This downtown DC location is pretty swank, spacious and modern! All glass and steel and shiny and new! So that covers the exterior facade and interior layout. As for the service, very consistent with other branches I've been to in that you're welcomed immediately upon entering with friendly customer-oriented smiles and personal acknowledgement, which lends a nice genuine community-like feel to the whole process, unlike a certain nameless, faceless, behemoth banking institution (ahem, Bank of America). You can bank online, with a teller, at any of the available ATM machines, but can also receive personalized attentive service by any one of the available associates who are readily accessible by a mere glance and "help me" look in your eyes! I was offered very personalized in-person and email assistance, from start to finish by one of the teller supervisors on duty recently, who took the time to call around internally to help me track down a refund credit that I was unable to confirm on my own! They conveniently and fastidiously followed up with me later that same day to confirm I was indeed credited and offered to send me the specific statements reflecting all the details. 4 words: I'm glad I switched!

I love working with this branch. The people are incredibly friendly, but in a sincere and not overbearing way. The branch itself is wide open, clean, and has a very great atmosphere. The tellers are always interested in helping you or even just hearing about your day while they deposit your check for you. One of the most pleasant places to go on my list of errands. I wish I had opened my PNC account there instead of the branch closer to my home.
